It was in a good location, good value for money and the staff where very helpful.

Both pools where cold and there was problems in both our rooms toilets

I like the big swimming pool inside the internal area. Water was really clean. Parking also was free and you will always find a place for your car. The position is perfect if you plan to don't visit the center but areas outside Marrakesh.

Nothing. Everyone tried to do their best and facilities also was pretty functional and working. Internet very slow but it looks like a common problems in the hotels in Morocco.

The hotel decoration was good and overall is a clean, and the rooms are fairly large, the same goes for the bathroom and the beds are very comfortable, in addition to the breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of options.

The only thing was the WiFi not working at all and the rooms are not sound proof at all

when we checked in we were given an unclean Ed room with a leak in the ceiling!! Wi-Fi doesn’t reach all rooms so no Wi-Fi in our room no shampoo or conditioner provided in rooms

Honestly, I hate writing bad reviews is not my thing, but this hotel turns my holiday, into a nightmare the only good things there is the generosity and the helpfulness of the security guards and the receptionists they were so friendly and the nice view of the swimming pool. The room picture we saw on the website are fraudulent they seem to be big and comfy, but the reality is totally the opposite, we asked to change the room and they gave us a room worse than the previous one. The doors needs the force to open up, the air conditioning is not working properly, room card keeps getting deactivated, the water heater is not effective. The shower tab is broken, soap bottle was empty,Beds too small and cramped, not very clean... The housekeeper interrupted our sleep at 10 am asking to clean the room, they have a really bad booking management the clients just barge into your room. Happened frequent times while being there to check in, we couldn't really rest and have a deep sleep. Finally, I just want to mention the parking is very small your car might get damaged from other parking cars, definelty doesn't deserve 4 stars DON'T GO THERE you deserve better.
