Das Hotel verfügt über moderne, neu gemachte, Zimmer, mit top Bädern. Alle Zimmer haben einen Balkon, oder eine kleine Terrasse. Wer es mag, ist mitten in der Innenstadt von Eivissa und kann so gut wie alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück ist exzellent!

Die Zimmer sind zwar modern und sauber, aber doch recht beengt. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, so dass man alles mitbekommt, was auf den Gängen vor sich geht - vor allem nachts. Da die Türen nicht mit dem Boden abschließen, hat man zum Sound auch noch einen permanentes Licht, durch den unteren Spalt, im Zimmer. Und wenn man selbst im Oktober noch ordentlich zur Kasse gebeten wird, dann kann man wenigstens einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher erwarten. Möchte man an der kleinen Bar noch etwas trinken, so muss man Geduld mitbringen, denn die Rezeptionisten sind auch gleichzeitig das Barpersonal.

Property was good and staff however 1 staff member made us incredibly uncomfortable. He retrieved my phone number off the booking and contacted us. He also knocked on our rooms to hang out at midnight and repeatedly asked to be let in. Incredibly bad experience and disgusting behaviour.

No coffee or water in room

Rooms were renovated, and it is very close to the beach and the old town of ibiza. Amazing staff, always there to help.

Our room was next to the stairs and we could hear everyone passing all night long. A bit pricey for what you get compared to other destinations, but i know Ibiza is a very pricey island

Room was newly renovated and clean, bath tub with great view. Love the location in the old town. Nice to sit on the balcony and have a drink, but there was no fridge to store your drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was okay. Better then the one star reviews!

No mini fridge / bar to even store water or drinks. TV was very small. Would be 5 stars if upgraded the TVs and added a mini fridge to rooms.

The junior suite was a perfect choice for a couple. Very clean, comfortable and elegant. The breakfast also was really nice and generous.

Breakfast was really nice, location is ideal and close to the beach. Rooms are very nicely decorated and clean and modern. Staff were lovely and friendly - no faults for us.

The breakfast selection could be better.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. It was nice to have some outdoor space to enjoy the sun. The location was ideal, with the beach, restaurants and a supermarket all within a short walk. In general the breakfast was nice.

The coffee at the breakfast was not good. There were no water glasses provided in the room (could ask at reception). The lack of privacy in the shower/toilet was not ideal, even for a couple.

Really nice rooms and decor, staff were lovely and the breakfast was nice. Decent location as it is close to the beach and old town. Overall great value for money!

The staff were so lovely, very helpful and couldn't do enough for me. The location is amazing, literally 2 minutes from the beach area. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and I had a nice terrace.

We have found the bed linens dirty and with hairs. The water in bathroom was cold and we could not take a shower because the reception staff didn't solve the problem till our departure

New, modern Hotel very close to the beach, city center and old town. Out of season it was very quiet. People at the reception are very friendly and helpful and were very motivated to solve an issue we had with the room. Price / Quality is excellent. The area around is a typical Spanish residential area, surely no upper class neighbourhood but neither a place to feel unsafe.

So, one thing that should be mentioned, this hotel has an open space concept meaning there is barely any separation between the room and the bathroom, including the toilet. The first room we got, the toilet was visible from any place in the room so we had to ask for a different room which was slightly better but still no full privacy given. If you are not comfortable doing you needs in front of your partner or companion, you maybe want to look for a different place. Breakfast buffet is the saddest thing I have ever seen and the toiletries could be of better quality.

Fair price (93,- in February). Mini Suite (which is actually a double room) was great, seems to be just renovated. Very comfortable beds, nice balcony with a view of the beach. Close to a couple of restaurants and shops, just go down the steps and to the right. Flor y Nata on Av. d'Espanya is highly recommended!

Room could use a small fridge. Tricky shower/toilet doors. Remote control for the TV didn't work. Parking can be difficult, just have patience...
