Loved the size of the apartment and location

Out door furniture needed replacing and there was no broom to sweep messy leaves outside Needed more platters and small dishes for entertaining

Dated Could have been cleaner - general spaces good but in couch cushions and under couch etc

The apartment was spacious & comfortable for our family if 5. It was clean & the location was perfect, right across the road from the beach, cafe & bistro. The pool & spa area was gorgeous, well equipped with bbq, seating area where we hosted a family bbq. But the best feature by far was the view, absolutely stunning! We watched the sun rise over the ocean right from our living room.

The tv didn’t work in the bedroom but this was not a huge issue.

Great location close to SeaWorld, food at the Southport surf club was awesome

Needs a few small repairs, sliding doors very hard to open onto the balcony

Great location and very spacious with nice furniture.

The back patio was unswept, very dirty and cigarette butts scattered around the floor. We had to ask for a broom to sweep outside. It was windy but this is more than just wind, it hasn’t been touched. My 1 year old daughter was crawling on the floor and after about 30 mins the tops of her feet that were dragging over the floor were pitch black. The floor mustn’t have been mopped.

The views were exceptional; the location was also favourable. So much space being in an apartment with many facilities available.

The beds were not as comfortable as I would of liked - just need updating/replacing as there were definite sag spots.

That finally the building has been refurbished

Amazing location. Free secured parking. Straightforward check in and check out procedures. Good views and facilities. Black-out blinds.

Great space, view and location. Kitchen, living and dining were great.

Master suite could be great with an update. Master room was not very inviting or comfortable to relax in. Could use at least a queen size bed, some art on the wall, aircon, or a headboard etc. to make it feel a bit more comfortable. Balcony outside master was a little messy. Kept half of the curtains closed to block it.

location to surfers paradise perfect. ideal size for 2 adults 2 kids pool area lovely to relax tennis courts were great

3 bed apartment is huge and kitchen is extremely well equipped. pool area is beautiful.

coffee machine in apartment 3 wasn’t working which staff knew about but failed to tell us. Reception is not open Sunday or half of Sat.

apartment was the biggest we have lived in so far. views were fantastic. spacious kitchen and very good toilet/bath facilities. staff was very helpful.

car parking doesn’t suit cars more than 1.95m high. we had to park on street. not a big problem though as there is a lot of free parking right outside the apartment.

location was great and nice sized unit and decor

when u arrived (after office hours) we got our keys etc, went to the car park but couldn’t find a park…. even though we booked an apartment with parking (we wouldn’t ever book one without parking). there was a handwritten note on our keys envelope something about free street parking ?. we called the phone number to enquire, but seemed to get a call Centre and they didn’t really know what to do. so we parked outside that night (in a big storm, getting our luggage upstairs in the outdoors) - the next morning we went to reception to ask about our car park to be advised that the owners of our unit were in town and using our car park, so we would have to park outside for our stay! so rude of the owners. we paid (them!) for a unit with undercover parking. the reception seemed to have very limited hours and were not really that friendly. the lifts were very slow.
