Location was fantastic
Was very dirty. Even complained to staff on first day and they came and cleaned only the edge of the shower.

The outdoor pool was it heated & in shade. The indoor pool was not heated warm enough

The staff were amazing, very friendly and approachable, some of the best customer service have received on the Gold Coast. From booking to after hours check-in process very smooth. Amazing location.

Great location close to a great little IGA that is fruit and veg must have been picked every morning and plenty of restaurant to choose from.

The main thing was the location, close to Tedder Ave and the restaurants, easy to get in and out in our car to do the tourist thing and visit friends.

View awesome, nice tennis/swimming facilities and great location as close to beach and the cute Main Beach village (restaurants/convenience/pharmacy etc).

Swimming Pool inside and out perfect. Anne on reception so kind and professional. Would I stay again definitely 😁

The view were nice, room was very clean, the kitchen was accessible, there was plenty of space and it was a good location.
There wasn’t enough garbage bags in the kitchen

The place exceeded my expectation, the place is pretty with a lovely ocean view at 10th floor. It has everything we need and fully furnished, even the toiletries provided were of great quality. The location is very close to the beach. We arrived after office hours but the check in process was flawless. We will definitely book this place again on our next Gold Coast holiday!

The Iocation was great as it was very close to the beach and lots of cafes and shops. The view is also very good. It’s also easy to travel to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach as it would only take 15 mins with car to get there.
The kitchenware were very dirty as I had to clean them multiple times before use. The bathrooms were dirty and full of hair. The furniture was very old as they smelled and there were spots on the cushions on the sofa.
