Once settled The beach view was amazing
Having been told that we were moved upon arrival to a much lesser extravagant apartment in another building then having to move back after just 2 days

Great location, amazing views and courteous staff. Only a minute walk to the beach and about 10 mins walk to the mall and restaurant/Cafe. The host was happy to help any time. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday. I can't wait to go back again 🤩.

Excellent modern apartment next to the beach on Surfers Paradise.
We had apartment 1701, and the view of the beach and marina from the apartment is stunning.
Single parking spot available on undercover secure parking.
Apartment has two bedrooms (2S + 1Q) and two baths with showers. Washing machine and dryer available. There was already a selection of daily staples as well as a wide assortment of cooking utensils and cutlery.
Ben was available at short notice to sort out minor issues.
There is a heated pool with automated 'bubbles' which should be a hit with the kids.
Will need to take the tram, drive or walk 15-20 mins to most restaurants. Australia Fair shopping centre is a short drive away. Mackintosh Island park is a short walk away and has excellent play equipment for kids and walkways if you want a more relaxed day.
Sea World is 5 mins drive away and the other theme parks are around 20mins drive away and hence conveniently accessible.

Been here many times over the years enjoy the location & ocean views.
The heated spa was our reason for visiting again & very disappointed on finding out its not heated anymore.
Won’t be returning to Cap 1 again
The spa is no longer heated
Tv aerial didn’t work & we were basically accused of breaking it & it turned out the channels were not tuned in

The apartment had amazing views to the ocean from balcony and living areas to spectacular river, hinterland and city views from the bedrooms. Inside was well equipped with up to date entertainment, cooking and AC all around. Stroll across the road to beach and 10-15 minutes down boardwalk to Cavill avenue and shops. Quiet, comfortable and more privacy compared to others. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

the hallway entry to our apartment smelt like rotten fish. we had to hold our breath and cover our faces while we waited for the lift. The smell was so strong it made us feel physically sick.

Communication on how to access keys to get into property could have been better, as manager is not on site.

Fabulous location. Beautiful apartment at Narrowneck Court. Very friendly manager. All in all a wonderful experience. We are staying longer.

Could not fault this apartment. Everything was well above our expectations, special thanks to Ben, whose care for customers is impeccable. We will be definitely coming back
We were unfortunate to be there during reception area repairs, so it was a bit smelly, but keeping in mind that we walked through once on arrival and once on departure, we survived :). All other times we were entering the building from our allocated space of the underground car park.
