We liked everything. As a small suggestion, some shower gel in the bathroom could benefit the guests.

I cannot speak highly enough how wonderful Hotel Garni Pod is for the best of experience in Cesky Krumlov. During check-in, the owner/host (who is very friendly and cordial) provided an extremely detailed and most helpful overview of the city and its best attractions and restaurants. The convenience of its location to the historical area and bus station (I recommend Flix Bus for transport), at most 10 -15 minute walk in each instance, was perfect while being on a quiet neighborhood/street. The room was completely comfortable, and the home-made, traditional Czech breakfast offerings each day were exceptional. We had a most pleasant and enjoyable stay, and most highly recommend to anyone wanting a true Czech experience in Cesky Krumlov.

I liked everything very much. Very friendly staff. All interestingly told about the city and sights, what and where to visit and see. Excellent breakfast. The room is big and clean. Large territory, there is a swimming pool. Very quiet!

Breakfast is good and kinds of food are plenty. Walking 7 minutes to go to town center. The room and bath are very clean. Communication with the host is easy and quick.

Perfect apartment for a family of four. Very close to the old town, about 5 min. Parking, breakfast is optional and is great, freshly brew coffee, hams, cheeses, boiled eggs, yogurts, fruit and veggies. The owners are friendly and provide very helpful information and tips for activities and cultural events in this beautiful city. We will be back ! Hopefully soon :)

Small note, the fridge is very cute retro style, works but the freezer does not freeze.

Walking distance to Downtown Krumlov. Good option if you don´t want to stay inside the Old town

Location is excellent - very quiet street yet just 5 min walk to the historical city center. Plenty of parking space. Spacious room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Comfortable beds with soft matresses and large enough pillows. Nice outside terrace, picturesque and well maintained backyard. Good breakfast. Super friendly and accommodating host who gave us plenty of valuable recommendations on local places to eat - many thanks for that.

Just an additional roll of toilet paper would be very much in place in the bathroom ...

I enjoyed the staying so much that I would definately recommend to others! the breakfast was very good, the staff super friendly and willing to give us tips for exploring the city while the rooms was very clean and big! the location is amazing since you need only 10 mins walk to reach the city center. having a dog was the perfect place since I could open the garden door and my dog could freely walk around the terrace! thank you very much hope we will visit you again!

Super clean room, comfortable bed, possibilities for making a tea or a coffee. Rich breakfast with fruits, vegetables, meat&cheese platter, egg, sausage, cereal, yogurt, different breads and warm dishes too, juices, milk, coffe, tea (there's something for everyones taste). Good location, quiet street, close to the castle. Cool, that there is a covered swimming pool in the yard, this time the cold weather didn't allow us to enjoy it, but next time we shall definitely try! Anezka was really kind and helpful, givig the best recommendations for walks and restaurants what the locals like. She did an excellent job! Her colleague was also professional. I have only compliments to say! Fantastic hospitality...

Everything was great, from the possibility to be parking our car at the site, to the spacious clean apartment with a view to the beautiful well kept garden with a pool!

Decent hostel/guesthouse. Short walk to town, bus station etc. Owner friendly and helpful.

Lack of toiletries, tea/coffee, safe in room. Breakfast buffet a bit bare at times. Pricey for what it was but most places there are. Pool is bit like swimming in a can when covered!
