The rooms very very beautiful and the design was very fairy like/romantic. The breakfast was also generous and the interior design was lovely. Also it was very easy to walk around the main attractions

It was pretty hard to find the parking lot - I might have missed when booking, but only see there is private parking and assumed it will be close to it - but on their other location (and be careful, the streets are narrow) But it's not like a negative comment, but something to beware of.

We loved everything about this hotel. Large room with lots of room for luggage. Imagine that! Location in the centre of town makes it very walkable. The breakfast is amazing! Highly recommend!

A bit of a downhill hike from the train station. Might be a problem to return back up hill.

the staff was very friendly and helped us solve the parking issue with the police, otherwise we wouldn’t have had to pay 1000 Kr fines. also please be mindful you cannot park at the hotel but another free parking space 2 min drive away.

My room (single room) on the second floor was a bit cold

my room was small and not very well ventilated, window could not be opened and was covered, so no daylight. As it was a single room, I do not want to generalize. Supposedly the other rooms are more spacious.

Loved the ambience and breakfast was included which was good enough.

I booked a single bed room with balcony, the balcony was not attached so you have to step out of the room and go backside. The room felt bit smaller but I get it that I booked single bed room, just wish I could see the pictures of that room before booking, online its all for double bed rooms.

The rooms are in a great location. Breakfast was pretty decent. The bathroom was quite clean.

Extremelly overpriced! The room we were given wasn't the one we had booked but it had view at the street too. There was only one plug available and the only one other plug in the room was for the fridge and it didn't work. The room seemed neglected: All the shelves were empty, there was even an empty frame in the wall. Not even a small bottle of water in the fridge that nevertheless didn't work. Dust on the nightstands. Quite disappointing. We didn't ask for another room because we arrived late and we had booked only one night.

I understood that the town is registered with UNESCO but it was hard to carry my luggage up to level 4.

Zero information on when breakfast is over, went down and everything empty at 10am, were then given a cold plate of food. Also surprised us, with hefty city tax $100 Euro. Finally young woman, at front desk, speaks almost zero English and was very confusing. Giving poor directions to our driver location, when he came right up to property, after we called him.

The room was a good size, big enough. I like the interior. Breakfast was nice 👍

I understood there are no lift but it was hard to bring up heavy luggages to 4th levels.
