프론트 직원분들의 고객 응대 태도는 모텔이나 게스트하우스 수준밖에 되지 않습니다. 고객입장보다는 항상 자신들의 일의 입장이 더 중요한듯 보입니다. 갈때마다 점점 더 실망해서 이제 중앙역으로는 발걸음을 하지 않으려합니다.

영주동 버스정류장이 바로 앞이고 중앙역서 걸어올 수 있어요. 짐이 많으면 버스타고 영주동에 내리면 됩니다. 근처 롯데몰이 가깝고 부산역도 한 정거장이예요. 교통은 매우 편리했습니다.
트윈이라 침대는 넓었는데 남은 공간이 조금 좁은 편이었어요. 그래도 편안한 숙소였습니다.
예전에 광안대교보인다고 잘못썼는데 영도다리 였던거 같아요ㅋㅋ 바다쪽이아니라 창가가 건물뷰였으나 바다도 가깝습니다.
캐리어 무게 재는 도구 인포에서 빌려주시더라구요. 저울은 따로 없어요.
엘리베이터 혼잡. 전층운행이 한대라 엄청 불편해요.
린스가 안눌려서 사용 못했습니다. 언제 채웠는지 모르겠어요. 어메니티가 부족한 편이예요. 칫솔가지고 가긴했는데 유료더라구요. 건물 옆 GS있어서 필요물품 살 수 있더라구요.

욕조 있고 물 콸콸 온수도 잘 나옵니다. 전체적으로 깔끔하고 편하게 쉬다 갑니다. 조식도 배부르게 잘 먹었어요.
엘리베이터가 객실에 비해 전층, 홀수, 짝수 총 3개인데 조식, 퇴실시 붐벼서 비교적 저층인 분들은 시간 생각해서 이동하는게 좋아보입니다.

The location is very good, near bus station that connects to the train station, shopping areas, beach, harbor and restaurant area easily.
The rooms are very small. The breakfast was not great. It could take very long to go up or down, the wait for the elevators was often quite long, especially around lunch or checkout time.

The location is inconvenient for tourists. It was a fair walk to the train station then a long train trip to all the local attractions.

There was no flexibility in check in time. Needed to check in at exactly 16h.
I asked if the receptionist could order some food for me and they refused it.

Breakfast included is always a great bonus. Especially when it allowed you to take as much, or as little, as you wanted. A decent collection of Korean breakfast staples and a few non-K inclusions.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
No robe/ yukata provided in the room and had to go down to Reception for tea bags and coffee sachets.
A distinct lack of power points/ charging outlets was also a major problem.

Bed was excellent, but the room was very small. Breakfast was ok, but it was very busy and they actually ran out of some foods on saturday. All staff members were lovely.
If what you are looking for is a good night's sleep with reasonable prize, then this hotel is a top choice for you.
If you are looking to spend time in the room, i.e working then not.

Helpful and attentive staffs. They can arrange the airport taxi with a good price comparing with booking from K***k or K***y. Location is not a problem if you do not travel with babies
