Everything was just too beautiful and nice.. The cleaners were very friendly and accommodative.. I liked the too much.. Value for money.
Wifi connectivity.. The following it gave me challenges but it not a big deal obviously. I will definitely come again.

It's in the city centre, easy to move around even if you don't have a car, they have Aircon that are powerful,quiet place and affordable
The rooms very small, the plumbing needs attention since the room we were using at first, toilet was leaking,after reporting we were moved to another one where the toilet never stops filling the water, the towels were not clean, not smelling good,having stains, the TV was not working either we have to report for it to be fixed and you have to ask for towels,the second day we asked for towels but didn't receive any, was pissed off by reporting everything, some of the thing we just leave them 😞,worse no bar fridge.

I like that it was easily accessible.
I didn’t like that they tv channels selection doesn’t cater for children, while they accept children/family as guest. They should at least have one channel with cartoons. The shower was very dirty, had black mold in the corners

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. I believe the accomodation was good value for money given the days I stayed.
I was initially allocated to a room that was dirty and with broken doors when I arrived but they fixed that mistake timeously. The rooms were smaller than I thought they would be.

The lift just needs a little maintenance, it took forever to arrive to one floor to the other.

The hotel is basic, just value for money even thou it was a bit noisy given that it's next to residential flats but other than that it was okay.
