La posizione centralissima, vicina al mare e alla stazione in 10 minuti. La struttura è pulita, ben accogliente, le camere sono larghe e poi la terrazza al quarto piano è molto suggestiva.
Il prezzo è un pò altino, però compensa con i servizi

L’emplacement est super , et leur jardin est un paradis , il y a des citronniers partout . Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais dommage qu’il ne se trouve pas dans le jardin!
La chambre était très vétuste, d’un autre temps ( années 70?) , sombre et les lits minuscules .

Ubicada en un lugar pintoresco, con vista al mar, muy cerca de la playa y de restaurantes. El personal del hotel super atento y amable. Fueron flexibles con nuestro check-in ya que nuestro vuelo se atraso y llegamos tarde. El desayuno increíble, super completo y de calidad. El departamento super amplio, luminoso y cómodo. Fue sin dudas de los mejores hospedajes de mi viaje por europa.
El wifi en algunas ocasiones no andaba muy bien pero es un detalle minúsculo que no enpaña nuestra gran estadia, pero tal vez les sirva como oportunidad de mejora🙏🏼❤️

Die Parksituation ist unbefriedigend. Parkplätze konnten nicht reserviert werden und wir brauchten ein Taxi, um uns ans Hotel zu bringen. Eine Meldung, dass wir mit dem Auto zum ein- und ausladen hätten in die ZTL-Zone fahren dürfen, haben wir leider nicht erhalten.

Perfect location right in the old town of Monterosso - restaurants right on doorstep and only 10 mins walk to train station/new town. Considering right in the heart of the town the hotel is very quiet and we didn’t hear any outside noise at all (only from corridors in hotel but was minimal)
Breakfast was good with a range of continental selections along with bacon and eggs also.
Service was great-we arrived very early so wanted to leave our bags until room was ready which we were able to do and they also messaged us to let us know when room was ready and even took the bags to the room for us. Much appreciated
Huge garden on rooftop with sun loungers/chairs tables and great views of sea - great area to relax at as also v quiet, although it is over a few levels so there are a number of steps

Breakfast was great ! Liked the location. Staff was very accommodating and very helpful. All were courteous. A special shout out to Natasha for her assistance and caring.
The only change we would make is to get new chaises for the balconies, they are not comfortable, cannot be adjusted to be comfortable and the visor piece while the thought is good, could be dangerous.

Not a criticism just a suggestion. Take advantage of the garden terrace with views of the sea and have a bar to offer sunset drinks

The hotel was lovely and close to everything. The terrace was beautiful and offered fantastic views of Monterosso. A great spot to enjoy a night cap. 🍷

The location was fantastic. The room was ok but pretty small. We would definitely stay thete again.
The bathroom wasn't good. It needs to be completely updated. It was extremely aged and small.

Short walk to centre and beach. Lovely terrace overlooking Monterosso. Good breakfast and nice breakfast staff. Provided beach towels and regular towels which was a nice touch.
Check in simple enough however storage for bags if you're early is a bit inadequate - just a space under the stairs where anyone could grab your stuff! Air con settings aren't right and the room is either boiling or freezing making sleep a bit disrupted as you change settings in the night.

we weren't able to stay for breakfast but it was included in our stay. Beach towels provided. Great water pressure in shower.
we had no issues with our stay but we left early and there didn't appear to be a secure way to drop or key or it wasn't explained to us. we reluctantly left our key sitting on the counter when we departed.

Hotel is well situated in Monterosso in a very quiet street but very close to restaurants and the beach about an 8 minute walk from the train station. Breakfast is great with a man excellent choice, fantastic table of sweets stuff and cakes. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Lovely wee bar and you can take your drinks to the 4th floor gardens.

Great location, friendly staff and fabulous breakfast. The terraces which was over 5 levels was lovely and had an amazing view.
Highly recommend a stay as Monterosso in our opinion was the pick of the cinque Terre towns.

Great location, minutes away from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and Sentiero Azurro trailhead; excellent breakfast, very comfortable room, friendly personnel.

Proximity to everything was great. Their outdoor garden area was fantastic - good views and very peaceful.
Had an issue with no hot water one morning but that was resolved quickly for us.

The hotel is needing a lot of money spent on it as it’s all very dated and very basic, I feel it was very overpriced for the how basic the room was. The hotel was fully booked so they should be spending money on the hotel and bringing it up to date!
