The room was very clean and modern-designed. The lady serving a breakfast every morning was so nice and kind. You will feel like home if you stay here.

Lovely location and great people watching from outdoor space.. Loved the outside space and enjoyed a beautiful breakfast by Margarita. She had a big smile and made us feel right at home.

No door to bathroom space. Open concept shower and sink. Privacy for W/C. Big open patio made up for small room.

The location is great for access to everything and people watching. I was expecting the glass shower in the bedroom but ended up in unit 4 that has a full private bath.

This is a fantastic property. It's a newer recently remodeled modern property. Communication was excellent all throughout the stay. The location is unbeatable! Was really amazing right in front of the big rock by the ocean. Breakfast was great each morning and was included in the rate. Everyone that walked by the place was amazed and took photos and commented how great it was. The staff was very friendly. Keep in mind that they don't have their main office here but a few blocks down past the train station which was fine. I loved that they had an ice machine outside so you could get ice whenever you wanted. The rooms were on the small side but very comfortable. The refrigerator worked very well. The shower pressure was good. And the lady that cleaned the property each morning was so friendly. She didn't speak English but we communicated through Google Translate. They have a black-out blind that blocked out the sun. All in all a great stay and I'd gladly come back.

The internet doesn't work well during our stay. We almost always just used our cellphone from the USA as it was faster and more dependable which was a shame.

the location is perfect .. near everything in the town and setting on the beach .. you would be fascinated by the view in the morning . the staff (Maria) was soooo nice and helpful , the room is big and romantic ( recommend for couples ).

The best location in montarosso bar non. Best breakfast ever. Thank you Margharita you are so sweet. Your own patio terrace feet from the best view and people watching. Hope to return soon. We spent three nights and loved it.

Location was perfect. Right by the water. Breakfast was great and was so nice to have it prepared and ready right when you wake up. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

WiFi didn’t work well in our unit. However you can still use regular data with your phone without issue.

The rooms are small but we’ll appointed. Each room comes with a veranda, in a well secured property. The breakfast is outstanding, you pick the night before and it’s served at your specified time home cooked and fresh. Eat breakfast, sip cocktails, enjoy people watching or the view of the sea from your street level veranda. Centrally located and convenient to everything! We really enjoyed the stay and the staff was outstanding and so accommodating. Thank you Maria for a great stay.

The rooms are small and well appointed, and the showers are all glass. You had better be pretty comfortable with your roommate, as there’s little privacy in the room! After a day or so, we really didn’t notice the size anymore. The veranda really extends the space nicely.

The stay was very, very pleasant. Absolutely no complainants. In fact the hotel and,in particular, the staff deserve high praise. The staff was very helpful. They helped explain Covid rules, make reservations and answer other questions in a professional and friendly manner.

We really enjoyed the great service at the hotel! Breakfast was prepared and served every morning to our balcony and they really took care of us: They reserved restaurants for dinner, boat trips and even a spot at the beach for us. A big thank you to Elisabeth and Maria!

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a direct access to the beach. Therefore, we recommend to book a beach spot in advance ( private beach) or to ask at the reception to book a spot on a public one.
