The location and the facility were well centered in the city. The room was clean and tidy the bed was neatly made and the shared bathroom was clean.

In my opinion, I did miss a hanger at the door for a jacket of some sorts, both in the room and in the toilet. The paper towel dispenser in the toilet was empty as I arrived. There was a towel present though, neatly folded. I missed in the general information papers something about the disposal of the bed linen the next morning, but as I returned to the desk to ask about this, my question was properly answered.

It is very close to the city centre and I could store my bike in the storage. The facilities were clean and the staff was kind and polite.

The dormitory felt very cold, despite having 2 heaters at each end. Before sleep and after waking up I felt cold when I stayed inside.

I had a problem with train and I arrived In Leeuwarden like 20 minutes later. They told me “we close at 12, find another solution. Don’t go there, zero stars in everything

There weren’t any hand sanitizers nor soaps in the toalets. breakfast was awful in terms of only serving different kinds of bread and having one egg per person is not enough.

We like the location. It has an option for paid parking for a fair price.

We didn't like the staff. The man that was working there was rude and arrogant. In our room it was very cold, when we arrived the heater wasn't turned on. We turned it on, but anyway it was that cold that our baby was staying indoors with a jacket. We asked several times for additional heater or something, but the man responded with: " The room is big, it's normal to be cold ". The room wasn't cleaned properly before us. There was an empty bottle of water, tissues and so on. There weren't any bathroom supplements.

the perfect location near downtown , quiet location , typical dutch house , great value for money , , my small single room very decent , very simple , very warm in the room after a cold day , free wi-fi availeble , i will come back .

Staff are very good and it's a clean property

old style from 1960/70s, sink in the room, quite cheap, fresh towels, the old vibe in general, the location

no soundproofing of walls and windows (really necessary when the room is right next to the entrance and a group of friends go back from a party), customers of the hotel's cafe smoked cigarettes next to our room's window so lots of smoke got inside (putting some signs not to smoke in this particular place next to the windows should be really considered! It doesn't cost much!), stairs to the shared bathrooms are very steep, everything is very old and dusty, especially on the lamps there is really lots of dust, a bit of mould in the bathroom, no hangers or wardrobe to hang your things. In general this old style is great but it should be slightly renewed, freshened and kept really tidy and clean not to be repulsive

The location is very central.

It is above a bar so it was very noisy also during the night. The room was very tiny.

Great price-performance ratio. The room defintitely did it's job as just a cheap night in Leeuwarden was required.

Just what you can expect from a budget hotel. Low procedure, fair accomodation and breakfast

The closet in the room was a total wreck.

Shower was fine, room was clean and good enough. Bit small maybe. In center of city. Parking space close by .

Toilet not in the room / by the room. But little bit further. But none the less was fine.

Its situated right in the centre of Leeuwarden, but not too close to be overly noisy. The employees and owner are all lovely, happy to talk about the town and make conversation.
