I loved the staff, which was super helpful, considerate, and really value personal space. The room was well furnished with plenty of space to go around. Accommodation is situated near the river, which creates a cozy and calm place to go for a walk.

This place is fantastic, friendly neighbourhood, birds singing, fresh air, free parking. Andrew, the owner is a very nice person. Bathroom is big and clean, in the kitchen you will find everything what you need. Bed is comfortable, windows are big with automated curtain.

Andrew a very accommodating host

The apartment is located in a very quiet part of Leeuwarden around 20 mins on foot from the train station. Two supermarkets (Jumbo and Lidl) are within a 10 minute walking disctance. The owner was extremely nice and helpful giving us a lot of tips and explanations for our stay. The apartment itself had a bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and an adjacent dining area. There was a kitchen including a shower and a separate toilet. The stairs leading to the apartment were pretty steep but this is nothing unusual in the Netherlands. We were able to rent two bikes from the owner which meant that we had a very convenient way of getting around Leeuwarden. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Host was very very nice and hospitable. He went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was more than adequate.

Some of the power outlets did not allow for the use of multiple cooking devices at once because they seemed to get easily overloaded and shut down. So they had to be resetted often.

They don't provide breakfast but , location is really awesome
