I’ll we loved the atmosphere, the style of the property (design and landscape) and also the proximity to restaurants and shops.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were friendly. The facilities were better than expected. Tours offered by boat were super. We went to Saco de Mamanguá which was unbelievable and later drove to Trindade.
There was an animal living in the ceiling above our room. It sounded like a bat or mouse. But it wasn't a big deal. The Fazenda Bananal costs $R60 per person, even if you are a guest, which should not be, considering we even ate at the restaurant.

Everything!! This is what you hope when you go on holiday; amazing location, great rooms, large bed, nice showers, clean, most helpful and friendly staff, amazing breakfast - we would definitely recommend and hope to come back one day

Beautiful spot. Breakfast was wonderful. The location was perfect and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again. We did have an issue with our original room but they moved us to a much better location.
The original room was not up to par (more like a small apartment). It took some time to get moved but it got handled.

The setting is magical and location is great
The rooms are old, and what we thought was going to be a suite was not (they are all called suites and are far from it), on top of that we nearly paid 400 pounds per night which is just extortionate for what we got.

Location is great and it is definitely one of the more premium and upscale options within the city center of Paraty.
Although the hotel is positioned as premium there is still room for improvement. Staff is friendly but can be very confusing and lost on processes like parking, breakfast, room cleaning, restaurant service etc… Facilities are well designed and sophisticated but need some minor repairs specially in the rooms.

Everything was perfect(Staff, Service. Room, cleaness, food, pool, spa, access to historic area etc). We could have really relaxing time.

I had heard guests had access to hot tub / ofuro but when I asked the staff they told me otherwise.
