Our stay was perfect. The hotel looks great and the staff pays attention to every small detail. The rooms are very refined, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. they set up the tables around the pool and you can get fresh fruits and amazing home-made cakes. The location is perfect as you can walk everywhere. We stayed one night and we managed to get our laundry done in three hours. The service is very efficient.

A beautiful hotel set in a pretty garden setting. breakfast was delicious and the afternoon coffee and cake a great bonus. we had a really comfortable stay and were very sad to leave. the location is great, within easy walking distance to everything. the English speaking receptionist was very helpful and sorted out all of our tours.

Amazing staff. Spacious rooms and so close to the centre of town. A lovely atmosphere and really made to feel at home. They even went above and beyond when I needed medical help to speak to a doctor and advise as to what to do.

Location, breakfast very, very good. Garden perfect to have a rest or drink afternoon coffee with sweets. Stuff very helpfull.

Only thing might missing is more plugins. Stuff gave me triple plugin extender, so I solve the problem.

Everything is amazing. The location is quiet but central, the building is beautiful, the pool is lovely, the rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and really tasty. They serve complementary afternoon coffee and cake which is a lovely touch. The staff are so lovely and helpful, they organise anything you need. Paraty is expensive and this is great value for money.

Carpe Diem does every little thing well in a big way. It’s an upscale option that captures the cozy oasis vibe - even if it’s not your main stay, definitely get a day or two here to give yourself a relaxing reset in Paraty.

the loveliness of the staff

We loved our stay here! The staff are superb - so friendly and accommodating - and the rooms are beautiful (plus extremely spacious). Breakfast was incredible - a fantastic selection of fruit, breads, meats, cheeses, cooked eggs etc. - and the afternoon tea…..the cake was SO good!

Beautiful place, nice common areas, very big and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast. I also recommend booking the massage which was very nice.

The staff didn't speak english so it was a bit challenging.

The ceiling was very low when exiting and my boyfriend hit his head. Perhaps we could have been made aware of this on check in.

Paraty is a beautiful town and Carpe Diem was a beautiful hotel to stay in. The location was perfect. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large, bed was super comfortable, bathroom was roomy and we had beautiful views!
