the pool was the absolute best. The grounds are kept very well and it's such a peacful environment. I laid out all day and could have stayed longer.

I think they need staff at the pool bar to make sure the guest has drinks, water, snacks etc. It would make the experience a whole lot better. Also attention to detail with curtains and interior could be better,

Lovely bungalow in beautiful garden with a big pool

I had to change room as there was a foul smell. But the problem was quickly addressed and I could change room. On the last day after a thunderstorm there was a problem with Wifi at our end of the property.

Friendly stuff.Good food and nice place overall.Quiet place and all was organised wery well. From the start of a boat trip and transfer to the hotel on the island and back to the harbour and after that to our next place to Ubud went very well. No problems at all. Very friendly people and nice place to visit.

Great property. The villas are super cute and comfortable. The verandas are great if it rains - you can still enjoy the outdoors and stay dry while listening as it comes down. It’s very close to the beach - literally a three minute walk. The water is calm, so swimming/playing in the crystal clear water is great. Lots of restaurants/warungs in the vicinity.

This is my second time staying here and the only complaint I have is from this time. There’s a private residence next door and one morning, they were building children’s beds using loud saws and on my last morning there were workers hammering the brick wall separating the properties. I was here for two weeks, so didn’t bother me too much, but if you were staying a shorter amount of time and looking for a bit of a sleep-in, this might be bothersome.

Massive gecko in our bathroom most of the time and I mean big not just a little thing! This made me anxious about using the toilet and showering! I think this might be normal across the island tho. Not much staff can do when he kept returning.

We had a bigger room which was lovely with big deck, near the pool and restaurant. The pillow was the best in Bali! bed good too. close to beach and nice coffee place down the road. Breakfast was generous and good. lovely garden and pool. lounge around the pool were so comfortable

being close to the restaurant there was a lot more noise, especially the staff who hang around there and work, who were quite loud. Also restaurant noise, in busy times this could be worse. The air con didnt seem big enough to cool the room down in the heat of the day.

Rooms adjoining to others are noisy as it is just a thin wooden cabin, you can hear your neighbours coughing and listening to music An animal had died in our room when we arrived at the property, so the room smelt terrible, we only got moved on the second night because we mentioned the foul smell to the receptionist (the concierge that took us to the room definitely noticed the smell when showing us to our room, but nothing was said or done) If you’re a light sleeper you’ll be woken up at 5:30am by the noisy birds that are around, the cabins are full of small gaps and are very thin wood so you’ll feel like you’re sleeping outside The A/C/fan felt cool enough at night, but even at 10am the room started to feel very hot Responses on WhatsApp/Booking.com were quite slow and not all that helpful You can rent scooters for 80,000 ruphiah (but if you pay with a 100k note, you probably won’t get your change back, we didn’t!) The accommodation will collect you with their shuttle for free, but you’ll have to pay an expensive taxi ride when you leave (100,000 for a 5 minute drive!!)

The staff always had a smile on their face and wanted to talk, they had some great knowledge of what to do around the island. We were sorted out a snorkelling trip for just the 2 of us at the same price as a group trip. The villa was lovely, with the washed wood effect and a very comfy bed. The food was really nice (have the banana pancakes for breakfast). The location is perfect being close to the middle of the island and a 5 min walk to the beach, with 3 food shops and clothing/gift shops near it. Would stay there again.

Nothing to do with the villa however the area around the villa closing down for the night at 10pm.

A quiet and nice resort. the room is very clean and cozy. The bed is comfortable too. Dinner is pretty good, we had a lot of drinks as well. It is a good place to stay.

Villa 12 is located at front part of resort. Very good spot, good view. Resort and Villa 12 are very clean, very well floor planned. Pool is clean and nice. Bathroom is open, clean, spacious Entry of the villa is very well set up. I would give 6 stars of the resort and staff. Extremely good value of the money we paid.

I would say nothing about villa we dislike. Everything is perfect!
