Spectacular views at breakfast, great menu and service

The pool was good. Shower pressure was also good.

Room was dirty and so was the bathroom. The daily room services continuously missed replacing towels and toiletries and had to be reminded... the staff were SUPER lovely however. Very small room, air conditioner was placed in the worst spot. Lots of ant issues, even on the bed.

We were a group of 4 (3 adults and 1 child). One of the best properties we have stayed in. The Kylff Club is amazing, lovely view, great food options, courteous staff, clean rooms, great pool in the room, lovely view, sunset is brilliant :) The bartender does a fab job in making some unique cocktails that are local too. They also provide shuttle services from the Yellow Bridge to hotel. The team also had few people help us with our bags from the yellow Bridge and cross into the Ceningan side. They took real good care of us during our stay of 4 days and 3 nights. We enjoyed every second. The pool water is salt based and can hurt your eyes, please wear googles and cap before entering. We also loved the floating breakfast (add on) was a brilliant experience :) Overall a great romantic, family friendly place!

First of all, they do NOT have airport transfer as the listing indicates! Just a shuttle from a pedestrian bridge. It's SO hard to get there, and it's not really clear language to an English speaker. When they mention the fast boat "they work with", ask if they can share the schedule for ALL the boats. If you can, I recommend getting a scooter-taxi all the way from Nusa Lembongan "port" to the hotel.

I was expecting the rooms to be a bit nicer for the price paid. The spa was cold.

The hotel. amenities, layout and services were really good. Staff at the restaurant and room dining were amazing and very accomodative. The view from the restaurant is amazing. perfect spot.. having said that once you are at the resort its amazing and worth it... THANKS

The only thing I found a bit uncomfortable was getting to the resort.. from the harbour to the yellow bridge there is no arrangement and very difficult to find transportation. It spoils the entire experience,

This is such a beautiful villa with breathtaking and magical view. The hospitality were superb from the moment we arrived. The staff went above and beyond and always assisted us with everything we asked. Getting here sounds challenging but the staff was helping and making it easy for us. The food was especially exceptional. Would definitely be back without hesitation.
