House keeping did a good job,, room was comfortable enough for the price point. Good gym, poor spa facilities.

Beakfast was chaotic. Restuarant offering way below expectations. Check in a nightmare. General staffing and standards way below par.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Hong Kong. This was on the top of the list of best stays and experiences ever. Staff was highly hospitable, seasoned and there for every need of mine, especially Alex and Rene, They are the best team with full of experiences. They know how to treat customers very well. I don't even have to ask much but it seem like they can really read my mind. Alex gave a lot of possible efforts to meet every need of my group during the stay at W HongKong Hotel. I had a PHENOMENAL AND UNEXPECTED EXPERIENCE from the very first date until we left the hotel. Even though, Hong Kong has experienced Typhoon! at that time, They offer us a complimentary breakfast as we cannot find meal outside and make sure after we were checking out if are there any false charges. The Rooms are perfect with the view overlooking the whole city building and the ocean. We also received complimentary beverage and snacks with my name on the card which is lovely!!. The only problem I got is myself!! who cannot use SIMCARD that I bought at the airport However, Rene asked the experts team to fix it in the blink of an eye!!!. I would like to recommend to stay in W Hong Kong. You will get treated perfectly. THE FOOD IS GREAT THE CHEF ARE NICE. The decoration is well designed. my friends in HONG KONG said you need to go to the POOL and yes it is as rumored. Moreover, THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE PERFECT LOCATION. it is MTR ACCESS TRAIN TO THE CITY AND ALSO DIRECTLY TO THE AIRPORT you dont have to waste your time walking outdoor to reach the train. ALSO, TAXI will wait for you in front of the hotel. nothing to say but PLEASE STAY HERE. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I will come back to stay here again soon <3

The staff in every step of the hotel was exceptionally helpful. Especially Alex and Rene, they were really kind and ready to help. They are very professional and know how to treat the customers. The service was fantastic from the moment I arrived to the very last day. Even though typhoon came to the city and we can’t go anywhere outside, they really keep asking and offer things we didn’t expect such as volunteering to be a tour guide walking around the hotel and observe the Ritz Carlton. We were truly impressed and appreciative a lot. Moreover, they know that my SIM card is not activated so they let the expert coming to my room and helped every possible way to fix the problem!! The view and environment is clean and really beautiful. We love the complimentary champagne and the snack settings that you welcomed us. I personally love the convenience of W hotel. It is located in a large mall and connected to airport and MTR access where you can go anywhere very easily. I highly recommend W Hongkong hotel. If you are looking for a sophisticated place with a highly skilled and experienced staff, this place is the only answer for you!! I will definitely stay here again soon 💚
