I like the location, the elegant decor of the hotel, the facilities and the comprehensive range of services delivered by the Executive lounge.

Smelly and cold outdoor pool. Even it's mid summer days, the water temperature is colder than expected.

clean white towels. I like the hotel room is cleaned up and towels replaced when we left the room for dinner after swimming. very attentive to details. left bed time cookies as small gifts is wonderful and delicious. great outdoor and indoor pools. most kids play in outdoor pool and indoor pool is fairly quiet.

nothing in particular. it would be good if children’s under 12 gets free breakfast as the buffet prices are costly especially when they don’t eat a lot.

It is the best value for money in its class of hotels in Shenzhen. Executive Club access is also very reasonably priced for what is included, and the club staff are attentive and polite. Very good spa, gym, and pool. Attached to a mall. Good and quiet location between Nanshan and Futian. Executive rooms are quite large. Nice bathtub.

We liked everything. The quality of the breakfast may not be the best among competitors, but it is still very good.

I stay at Langham because I enjoy dinner and music at Dukes. After a long week of work, I reserved Langham. Upon arrival the front desk confirmed Dukes is open. Upon going to Dukes for dinner they did not allow me to enter because the restaurant had a party function. Very disappointed. Ruined my weekend plans. I went to Mandarin Oriental for dinner and drinks. Langham should post on Booking.com that Dukes would not be available for guests.

the executive lounge food selection is terrible and has gradually got worse over the last two years. Although the drinks selection is good, the food has little choice, is barely replenished and not very good.

The breakfast was amazing

The smell. It wasn't very pleasant, although my room was for non-smokers. And it wasn't quiet

The staff was excellent. The room was super nice. Awesome shower and bath tub. Breakfast was good. The mall right next door was really great.

Coffee in the morning could have been better. Sadly the swimming pool was closed due to covid (Not the fault of staff). Other than that it was perfect.

The staff were exceptional. John and Maria on the front desk helped us sort an early check in, made sure we had a room with a view and managed to organise for us to stay an extra night at short notice. Sam, Candy and Erin gave us a warm greeting and were always very attentive in the club lounge organising food with dietary requirements for my wife and always making sure we were comfortable during afternoon tea and in the evening. We had a variety of servers at breakfast who helped and always made sure we had what we needed. Adam helped with multiple requests and was always there to say hello. All in all, a tremendous stay!

Rooms are spacious! bathroom has a big bath tub with TV in the wall. swimming pool outdoor is perfect for little kids and adults lots of covered seating areas and seats in the water, drinks can be ordered by the pool too. club package is the best! afternoon tea each day, evening nibbles hot and cold. I travelled with my baby and staff were super helpful to me. Sam in club lounge was amazing help with the baby each time we went into club area. Maria added my WeChat and was always happy to answer questions, solve problems and ask how we are.
