The bathroom was new and the bed was comfortable. Good location. Breakfast good.

We had to ask for pillows as the ones given were completely inadequate. Ordinary room and extremely noisy. We think it is overrated.

Ottima posizione, le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e fornite di tutto il necessario, bel terrazzino. La colazione è ricca con l'orario prolungato fino alle 10.30. Il parcheggio custodito presso la struttura costa 20 euro al giorno, è decisamente utile perché parcheggi gratuiti a Maiori non si trovano e quelli a pagamento andavano solo a ore, non c'era la tariffa giornaliera.

Abbiamo preso due stanze, in una delle due le finestre erano parecchio datate quindi passavano tutti i rumori dalla strada adiacente e dal lungomare, si faceva veramente fatica di dormire

The location was good, clean and staff helpful

Breakfast was not so good, not too many choises, No vegetables, hot dishes. Even pancakes were served cold. Rather old interior, not value that money.

It would be nice to have a patio or a lunging space where to get a drink - later at night. The beach bar was nice, but it closed in the evenings..

Great location . The staff was amazing

Parking is behind the hotel and very well managed by the friendly staff. Hotel is literally on the beach where you have the choice to either go to the free beach where the locals go or choose the managed beach where you can get the discounted rate chairs as hotel guest. Many choices for breakfast - in line with expectations for 4 star hotel.

Hotel standing is pretty old therefore value for money is not that great.

The staff were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was very good and a lovely little travelling package was made for us on our early departure. Special mention to Andreina on front desk & Patrizia housekeeper. All front desk staff were great.

There was a recurring odour from the drain in our bathroom.

Clean room (housekeeping staff are doing wonderful job), helpful front desk staff, decent breakfast, convenient location, great view from the balcony.

Only minor things that could be easily improved - additional space for luggage would help (only 1 luggage space for 2 people), additional hangers for the clothes would be awesome too (we had 2 hangers for 2 people, so you can't really unpack). The biggest disadvantage is that you have to pay for the beach in front of the hotel or go to the small public beach nearby, however this was known at the time of booking.

The hotel has ready access to the beach but we didn't do anything there due to our sickness. Location is quite good, with several decent restaurants and two pharmacies within 500 meters. Not a place for shoppers though (probably true for the entire Maiori) - which was okay for us. Breakfast was okay, not exciting (!). Design of the 1-BR suite has much to be desired though, with the shower located by the sitting room where the sofa bed is, and the WC with the bedroom! Lighting was quite poor. All in all, the helpfulness of the staff made our short stay more pleasant. (We added one night through a separate booking due to change of travel plan at the last minute)

Not enough power outlets. If USA power outlets and USB outlets could be added that would be a huge help. Air-conditioning control is by a key in each room - and no choice of temperature setting, just ON/OFF! Either overcools or undercools.

Location is good the rest is not.

The beach club was closed due to renovations - this is the end of May, even as of the 1st of June it was still closed. No one told us this at the time of booking or leading up to our arrival. When we asked on the day of arriving - so we had to pay up the street to have beach sun loungers. Take mosquito and bug spray - my partner and I were eaten alive by mosquitos. The window to our room didn’t seal properly and heaps of bugs in reception. The breakfast is very average.

Location perfect. All the staff are very friendly. Room is clean. The hotel is 100 meter walking from Sita Bus station. Maiori town is calm and nice. Beach access is easy. Lemon path is worth exploring if you live trekking.

Extra charge for using Beach Umbrella and Car parking.

Location is good, facing the beach, at one end of Maiori, walking distance from the center of the resort. Check-in was easy. Room was clean and with a splendid view. Very good breakfast. Safe parking places

The highlight for us was that the hotel is located on the beach side of the road, with a private beach just 25m from the front door. On top of that the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a great way to start the day.
