Wonderful, clean, quiet, modern rooms! Great staff, very helpful. Free coffee and espresso 24 hours, and there is a breakfast cafeteria, but I didn't have the time to stay for breakfast.

Many of the nearby restaurants were closed, since I was there on a Sunday.

In the booking app appears like petfriendly but the hotel staff said they aren’t So they gave us a room on the first floor but asked us to use only the back entrance And asked for a deposit of $300 in case the pet destroyed something. By the morning, at the time of the check out. They didn’t give us the deposit back . Our pet didn’t cause any destruction to the property or the room! We took him out every time for his necessities . We felt very uncomfortable with the staffs attitude.

The location is great is you go to the outlet or valQuirico.

Nice hotel, like most other City Express hotels I visited. In spite of the close location to the highway, the room was very quite.

The location was perfect for us as we were just passing Puebla, and the hotel is on the way to Mexico City, but without entering Puebla. The staff is exceptionally friendly and highly professional. We arrived late at night and they helped us with the bags and treated very nice. Although close to highway, our room was super quiet and we could sleep well. Breakfast is not perfect but pretty good, both days they had eggs of some kind, yoghurt with fruit, and basic bread + honey/jams combos. Everything's clean and looks as they're taking a good care of the hotel and their guests. Oh, and the private parking seems and feels very secure. I'd stay here again

Easy Access and free breakfast

The staff broke into our room without permission while we were resting with a minor inside and searched the room with no permission, reason or prior notice clamming that the fire alarm was active for our room when it wasn’t true.
