Booked through booking.com when the property had a cancellation on the day, was advised at check-in that I would have saved $60 if I contacted the property directly instead of using the booking.com app… (not always the best deal like they say) will contact the property directly in the future.

Service was excellent. Pleasant and welcoming. Car parking was amongst the best. It was allocated and spacious. Most places its first in first served and cramped.

No hot water.

The bed was comfortable.

The rooms were supposed to be serviced and fresh towels each day but neither happened which was a let down.

Everything was awesome.

Great location for access to the Mt and Tauranga city. Was clean and tidy and all amenities worked as they should. Was exactly what we needed for our stay.

Limited light due to location but suited us as we were out quite a lot. Couch could do with a bit of a clean as there were quite a few marks on it plus the taps leaked but we were advised that these had been booked to be replaced.

Brought our own breakfast thank you Staff allowed us in early due to our tight schedule for meetings in Tauranga

Nothing except it was wet and our room was upstairs....got a bit wet
