Sødt personale, meget rent og super beliggenhed.
Køleskabet var alt for koldt, selvom det blev sat på lav. Det kunne også være fint hvis der var plads til lidt flere kolde drikke i den varme.

Great location and view from our room. Staff were very helpful. Planning on coming back.

I loved everything about this hotel.
For once I didn't see other hotels and wish I was staying there instead.
Loved it all.

We had the suite with mezzanine level, the views from the balcony are amazing! Room was very comfortable for our family of 4. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always kind to our 10 and 8yo children.
Would have been great to have key card access to building and room.

Fabulous place to stay right in the old port. We were in Room 19 which is spacious with a modern fitout including bath and separate sitting area. The verandah has lovely views and we enjoyed sitting there for drinks - including the lovely complimentary bottle of wine. Everything worked well and the staff were exceptional especially Augustino who helped us when we arrived and with our trip planning and Anita at the desk who was lovely and helpful. Breakfast in the very popular restaurant was great! We also loved swimming at the local beach just around the corner.
Car parking is a challenge - especially when it’s busy - after the first couple of days we found spots in the Council car park which is not too far away - hotel can give directions

Like the location, two steps away from Chania Old Harbour, very good breakfast and helpful staff.
Nothing major, rooms might need upgrade.

We really were amazed by the friendliness of the staff. Rodo was quite a sweetheart, as well as Mrs Argiro. The hotel provided us with a complimentary breakfast and a bottle of wine which we enjoyed on the lovely terrace of the hotel, overlooking the port of Chania.
The room was beautiful, the only bad thing is the thin walls as we could hear all the guests (some were yelling too). The bathroom was quite small, but if i weren't pregnant i would feel more OK.
The staff was -again- superb and the welcoming was overwhelming. Once i told that im pregnant they provided me with more pillows that made me feel very comfortable.
Once again, thank you very much! We look forward to come again with our baby daughter!! :)
Small shower and thin walls

Superb location overlooking Chania outer harbour, beautiful historic house that has been converted to a hotel with very stylish rooms. Very nice helpful staff.
The only disappointment was that the breakfast was not served on one of the fabulous roof terraces but down in a small, dark room at ground level, with some very small tables arranged in the alley outside. Yes, you could opt to carry your breakfast up 3 flights of stairs to sit on the terrace and eat it, but this doesn't really work with a buffet. I think the hotel needs to be more honest and make this clear.

Lovely staff. Cleaning staff really friendly and efficient and came every day. The receptionists friendly too and gave us a bottle of wine when we arrived. We didnt have breakfast but the breakfast buffet looked good and you could have it on the terraces if you wanted
No cups or kettle in the room. However I asked for a kettle and they gave us one and the friendly guy who did the breakfasts gave us 2 cups to use.
Looks like Amphora is being refurbished big terrace not usable but there are 2 other terraces with great views of harbour.

The room was very comfortable and felt very historical with the original features kept in the bedroom and bathroom. The place has lots of character and is in a fantastic location on the port. The roof terrace offers a really great view.
The breakfast was tasty, and offers some change each day.
The restaurant, of which a discount is provided for guests, was one of the highlights of our stay in Chania. Great food, service and atmosphere.
The bath/shower was quite small if you are on the taller side. Our room was sometimes quite dark with little light.

This is a beautiful property that’s right on the Chania Harbor. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help us know about the amazing area of Chania. The rooftop gardens have an incredible view!
The booking.com description is very vague and we were surprised by the room. Both of us found the bed to be terribly uncomfortable. The TV was tiny. The shower was tiny (about 2 ft square) and it was impossible to shower without fighting the wrap around curtain. We were on the ground floor but still required 2 flights of stairs so make sure you clarify what you’re wanting and getting. Overall we had a wonderful stay because the property is beautiful and classic.

Outstanding! Lovely boutique hotel, excellent location, staff was very friendly and professional. Great breakfast. And what a view from the rooftop!
Just note that there is no elevator in this hotel.

In the heart of Chania and close to the action. Friendly staff, beautiful room, and open terrace.
No place to park the car.

great location on the harbour and for walking to all the nearby restaurants and shopping. The hotel restaurant was also very good. We were especially impressed by Avgoustinos who prepared and served us our breakfasts every morning in the indoor breakfast room. He was very friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic. Thank you to him!
Overall a great stay!

beautiful location in an ancient building. The views from our balcony and the lovely roof terraces are a real joy to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the buzz of the Venetian harbour.
Very comfortable rooms which are serviced daily.
I would also recommend dining at the Amphora Restaurant below!
The front of house staff are really friendly and helpful, really enhancing our stay with advice and tips.
Chania itself is very historic and a maze of little streets to explore and enjoy.
The food in Crete is great. Enjoy.

Beautiful historic hotel in a wonderful location overlooking the harbour. We had a first floor suite and the view from our balcony was stunning. The room was spacious, very clean with a comfortable bed, lovely bed linen, nice bathroom with good shower. Air conditioning was very efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful and the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was much appreciated. We will be back!
We had been warned that noise was an issue with this room but, while there was late night noise, this was not a problem for us & it did not take from our enjoyment of our stay here.

Great location, easily walkable area, friendly and accommodating staff. AC really helped on the blistering hot days.
Nothing. It was all great.

Very historic building dating back to the Roman occupancy (around the time of Christ). Check out the Roman stonemason chisel marks on the southern walls. The entry courtyard is reminiscent is the courtyards of Pompeii. We loved the location, right on the Venetian harbour, our room had wonderful views to the lighthouse, Ottoman mosque and beyond. All very romantic. Our room was beautiful with fabulous shower room and huge jacuzzi. The bed was really comfortable.
We also have to commend the management team, who really enhanced our stay with tips, advice and more. We would thoroughly recommend. Enjoy.
Chania is classy and an absolute delight.

Absolutely loved everything about the hotel, the staff were awesome, great breakfast and you can’t beat the view. Comfortable beds and pillows, lovely welcoming bottle of wine as well. Close to everything, just wish our stay was longer ! Restaurant underneath the hotel was awesome and you get a discount as well when you eat there.

The location, helpful and friendly staff and efficient AC.
Found a spider and a few bugs in the bathroom.

Our room - the Honeymoon suite - was really different and interesting. It had a railway sleeper ceiling, a huge ancient fireplace and a spiral staircase down to a bathroom. The only thing it lacked was a view, but it was otherwise magnificent.
Breakfast was good but lacked value for money.
The staff were very helpful indeed and nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast could be better priced. A flat rate of 10 euros was expensive if all you wanted was a bowl of cereal and cup of coffee.
There were really No other drawbacks.

Location was excellent. The view was amazing. The whole stay exceeded our expectations!

Very friendly and accomodating staff we were assisted with our luggage when checking in.
The breakfast was always made with care and all of our early mornings at 7:30 we were always welcomed by Augoustinos with a smile and an amazing buffet, fresh orange juice and coffee prepared on the spot with "meraki". He also gave out great recommendations and enhanced considerably our visit. A real pro!
The room view and terrace were great (If a double bed would have been available instead of the twin beds our visit would have been excellent.)
Will definitely book again.
