We had a delightful stay at this charming B&B, conveniently located within walking distance of Bunratty Castle. Shane and Sinead were exceptional hosts; they made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. My daughter Leia was particularly enamored with everything about our visit. Shane generously offered us a lift to the restaurant where we had our dinner reservations, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The B&B itself is nestled in a tranquil and picturesque setting, providing a serene escape. Our room was well-appointed with a large, comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We would happily return for another visit!
There were a few minor issues during our stay. The toilet seat in room 2 was not properly mounted, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Additionally, upon check-in, we noticed a few jellybeans on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up, suggesting that the cleaning could be slightly more thorough. We also experienced some persistent issues with the TV signal in our room throughout our stay.

Bon emplacement, hôtes très accueillants, très bon petit déjeuner. J'avais loué 2 chambres dont une très bien mais l'autre pas.
La chambre au rez-de-chaussée bruyante et avec vue donnant sur la cour avec linge qui sèche, rien de beau à voir de ce côté. Salle de bain mini, on est obligé de s'asseoir de travers sur le wc et la planche ne tient pas bien. Pour l''autre chambre, rien à redire.

Excellent location. We booked to stay due to a concert in King john castle and this was only a 15 min drive from the concert so locationwas ideal for us. Hosts were very helpful giving us advice on where to get parking and in general very welcoming. Breakfast was fab and there was a great choice. We couldn't fault the b&b or the hosts and would absolutely book again. Excellent value for money.

Shane and Sinead were absolutely lovely and made us feel soo welcome. Our rooms were cosy, clean and comfortable. There was a real homely feel. The rooms were well equipped and the breakfast menu was excellent, with lots to choose from, very generous portions and beautifully presented food cooked by our hosts which tasted fantastic! They have thought of everything you could need. We’ve already told friends and family and look forward to visiting again when we are next in Bunratty.

We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. We arrived before the check-in time but the host offered to give us the room immediately which we really appreciated since we had to travel early in the morning. The breakfast was excellent. Tea/coffee facilities in our room were replenished every day. The room was very clean. The hosts were very caring and helpful. The room was a front one with a lovely view. Excellent stay.

Top class affordable accommodation that I would give a 5 out of 5 star. Excellent service - the owners are very welcoming and they made sure that we have everything we need. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are very well equipped with everything that you'll need. 2min drive from bunratty castle. The standard of cleanliness ia beyond expected. Breakfast is lovely too (had full irish and french toast). Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for an accommodation around bunratty. Lots of space for parking also.
