Comfortable bed and clean and stylish room. My third stay, and it's still as great as the first. Host is excellent and breakfast is quick and tasty. Will stay again.

My first impression was of the host. He was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are basic but well-appointed. There is a lovely sitting room and the breakfasts are made to order. Loved it.

Loved it all! Joe was fantastic he let us check in earlier as we were down for a wedding in dromoland castle and it was the perfect location. The room was perfect, lovely big double bedroom, lovely shower and comfortable bed. Very clean and well presented. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous and got even better on the second morning, we looked forward to it very much! Would highly recommend the place. Seems like it had been recently freshened up as it was spotless. Easy to access, just off the motorway but you'd not hear a sound. Will definitely come back if we go back to the area. Highly highly recommend. We also over heard Joe give some great holiday tips of where people should go and see which I thought was a great touch. Thanks for an excellent stay Joe!

The location is good for travelling around the area on day trips. It's within walking distance to Bunratty castle and pubs and restaurants. Joe is very friendly and helpful.

We only stayed one night but everything here was great. Clean and comfortable rooms (we had two rooms), close to the castle and park, as well as a quick trip to the Airport. The staff was great, we had an early flight the next morning and he showed us the kitchen and had set aside some things for us to eat before the main breakfast service. I never would have asked for this treatment but he brought it up!

Everything about it is superior. It was a perfect stay, from the location, perfect attention to every little detail, even the music they played! We must say Joe is the best. He made sure everything was perfect right down to providing a fabulous breakfast to suggestions about tips on our travel adventures. He makes everyone feel special.

Joe, the owner/host of The Guesthouse was so friendly and helpful during our stay. He booked a reservation for us at O'Clarkes Country Pub (delicious) and recommended Durty Nelly's Pub. Our Party of 9 (my husband and I and our 4 kids and signicant others (all in their 20's)) loved the town of Bunratty. We tend to gravitate to smaller towns/villages to interact with the locals. He also recommended Bunratty Castle which we thoroughly enjoyed.
The Guesthouse is very clean, the rooms are spacious.

This is the most beautiful B&B, the food is amazing, it was so clean and cozy with the nicest host. We’re coming back for the end of our stay.

Joe was such an interesting host. We felt so welcomed, and the accommodations were very comfortable, quiet and sparkling clean. Lovely breakfast and a simple, short ride to the airport.

Great location, just a short walk to Bunratty Castle and Folk Park, as well as pubs and restaurants. Joe was a great host and a pleasure to talk with! He has a wealth of knowledge on the area, and gave us some suggestions of things to check out. Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend!

Host Joe puts a lot of time and effort into making ones stay perfect! Gotta love a dedicated host. The restaurant next door (JP Clarkes) is a fabulous place to dine and Joe extended the offer to make reservations for us. The rooms were super clean, comfortable and cozy! This particular BB is spacious. There are several rooms which extend to large hallways and a family room that guests can utilize. The dining hall is organized and welcoming and the food was spectacular! This is my second stay at this location, different owners, but enjoyed just the same! Cant wait to go back!! Be sure to visit Durty Nellys whilst there.

The owner Joe was excellent and the food was great and room was very clean. The B&B is a short walk to the castle and The Durty Nelly pub. The Pub right next door JP Clarke's has excellent food. I highly recommend this B&B if you stay in Bunratty.

The breakfast was excellent. Courtyard is located just far enough away from the "action" of Bunratty that it's easy to relax. Joe was incredibly friendly and helpful, overall an amazing host. Our only regret is that we didn't spend more nights there (but there's always next time).
I can't think of anything we didn't like.

Excellent Irish breakfast the best we had in our two weeks! Lovely accommodations, great host and close to Shannon airport. Town was cute with shops gardens and pubs.
