Localização, maioria dos funcionarios proativos e simpaticos e estrutura do resort muito boa.

Comida do restaurante buffet praticamente igual todos os dias, com pouca opção de comidas saudáveis principalmente pra bebê (meu filho tem 1 ano e 7 meses). Ovo com cheiro forte de velho. Area recreativa pra crianças com horario muito limitado.

We really enjoyed the food and pools at Emporio. Staff was nice and bed was comfy.

Rooms were nice but seemed to smell of some mildew and you could see water damage along ceiling in our particular room. We also booked an oceanview king room and we weren’t able to get our room until 3:45pm the day we arrived and it definitely was not an ocean view, it was a courtyard view.

No usamos las piscinas, la playa es buena, el snack bar de maravilla y la cena también. las habitaciones son cómodas y con linda vista. Internet funciona bien y aunque es complicado ubicarse al principio es muy agradable hotel

El hotel es hermoso, está organizado por separado según edad de los niños y los adultos con su piscina aparte.

I liked the beach, the color is really amazing. You won't see any beach color like the one in Cancun. The view from high level rooms is fantastic.

We had to wait a long time to check in, even though we already paid the hotel tax (for the environment, city, and VAT). The staff didn't realize we paid through Booking.com. It took a while for them to recognize it. At check-out, they wanted us to pay the tax again, but we showed them proof that we already paid. The staff seemed confused because even though we paid the tax when booking, it didn't show up in their system, which made check-out take a long time too. When we finally got to our room around 4 pm, we found the floors were wet. I didn't expect this considering the price we paid for the room. The furniture was old, and there were strange spots on the floor. We called room service to clean up the water, and they explained that it might take a while for the floor to dry because of the humid climate. They were kind and tried to clean and dry the floor. The windows and balconies were covered in marks and spots. We booked with breakfast included, the breakfast was not that good. The restaurant had a nice view of the ocean, but the food wasn't as good as we hoped. The restaurant they had a strange smell probably from their corn bread and eggs.

The view was nice and the facilities are generally clean.

The food selection is limited and the quality is only ok. The specialty restaurants are very hard to booked given their limited capacities. Even the all inclusive package does not include ribeye steak on the menu. Also, there isn’t much entertainment, like shows, on site, which is almost nonexistent.

The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. You could tell that the staff took pride in keeping everything that way. The pools were great, and the ocean is right there!

The food was amazing - great variety and very tasty. The staff is very polite and welcoming. Our room was the best, but was pricy as well. The facilities in general are superb. Every day the hotel has at least 5 different activities in which you can go for free.

We couldn`t leave our terrace door open, due to the huge humidity and the sign at the glass door.

It is very comfortable and clean hotel. The rooms are quite big and clean. Great room service. Clean pools. Great beach. Staff is very kind and professional. Animation team is great. Live music at nights. National dance performances. Very good cuisine. There are several restaurants and bars including: Italian and Grill with reservation. We preferred Italian. It is small and recreates the spirit of Europe. Pasta, pizza and desserts are the best.

During our stay at the hotel, a large group of 1000 students came from the Traveo program. They were settled in our hotel for 2 weeks. Every day they had noisy parties on the beach. They drank alcoholic cocktails in bars, and behaved obscenely in the pools. They made noise until late in the hotel itself and did not let us sleep. We were very disappointed and did not have good rest. The sofa bed is not comfy. It is not possible to sleep even for single person. The wifi is connected to room. You may only connect single device per person. There is tiny hotel's reception with old furniture.

Our family comes to Emporio annually for vacation. It is a wonderful resort with great, friendly staff, great food options and a beautiful beach.

Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until Monday and needed to stay an extra night. it was a bit difficult to extend for the night.

Price of the food

The hotel was very clean, from the rooms to the pool area, restaurants and all common areas. The restaurants/food was very good. Our favorite was the Argentinian restaurant and the restaurant that served food pool and beachside. For an all inclusive hotel, the food was the best of any hotel of its type that I have been to. Beautiful pools and the grounds were very well kept. Very large hotel with nice facilities. Friendly staff.

Trying to book on line and over the phone directly with the hotel was impossible. I had to make a reservation through Booking.com and paid several hundred dollars more because of a glitch with their payment system. Check in also was horrible. Only 2 employees checking people in and out and it seemed as though check in took a lot more time than necessary, especially since we weren't given much information on the hotel property and what was available.

stuff can be more friendly especially at the beach. employee for the towels very unfriendly. we ordered a sandwich the first day and the fries definitely haven’t been fresh. the employee continued to claim that they were fresh. in the end we good new fries which definitely had been fresh. I expect a different behavior of the employees in this price category. sorry for saying this. it’s only small things but it gave not a very nice impression about the employees.
