Public circulation areas very pleasant
Bedrooms quite dated and in need of maintenance

Bed was very comfortable and lovely breakfast. Lovely rural outlook.
Shower was very tiny.
3.4
Magic love to see in spring and Autumn
3.4
Old world feel in the common areas.
They tried to charge me for two nights on arrival when I booked for only one night. I had to firmly protest that I only booked for one night. Thankfully my Booking.com records proved this. It took a long time for the manager to authorise 1 night and promise a “cancellation”.

Breakfast was great
Dinner options limited for vegetarian
3.4
The ambience and surroundings were very good. The room could be upgraded and tv was very limited.
The rooms could be upgraded somewhat .
Looking a little tired.
3.4
Ate breakfast and dinner both at the hotel and the food and service were excellent
To be told before booking there were no lifts
3.4
The setting is delightful. The staff and the room great
The connecting door that would be useful for shared spaces allowed the noise of a constant cougher to be heard most of the night ☹️😫Also the parking is a long way from some rooms.
3.4
The food was good along with the grounds and the restaurant and relaxation are ares in front of the fire
The stairs
55 from the driveway to my room

Loved sitting by the fire and ordering from the bar.
We booked in the Morton wing as we have previously, but on arrival found we were in a pokey room at the back on the ground floor because of the conference numbers. On complaining we were found a room in the Morton wing. Don't know why we weren't given that room in the first place but happy with the outcome. Full marks to the receptionist who handled the matter so well.

Overall, the accommodation was in a good location and service was great.
Accommodation is a bit dated and lacked sound proof. Could easily feel and hear people as they were walking to their rooms.
3.4
The atmosphere
Room very small for $788 2 nights
3.4
Heritage building, good heating, good food, nice fireplaces throughout. Friendly staff
No reply to messages through booking app, expensive for size of room, double charged card. For the price you pay, breakfast should be inclusive, rooms are noisy, beds and pillows not that comfy
3.4
The property was beautiful and very relaxing. Dinner in the restaurant was very nice.
Bathroom was a bit dated
3.4
Lovely sitting areas throughout staff were friendly and the grounds and views were stunning.
I did feel the room was quite small but was clean and very comfortable. The shower head was a bit annoying water spraying everywhere.
3.4
Space for leisure
Too hot
3.4
Breakfast was good, but some things had run out like the pastries and were not replaced.
The bathroom drain smelt disgusting making the whole room smell horrible and there was no room service and the light from the phone and under the door was incredibly bright making it difficult to sleep.

Very quaint and picturesque. Great location to go to tourist sites including Berrima, Fitzroy Falls, Robertson, Kangaroo Valley etc
Room was a bit small and didn’t have a place to have 2 people at a table on room. There was also a lack of documentation of emergency evacuation point and how to use the heaters in the room (got very hot)
3.4
Staff were engaging, warm, and friendly. The unplanned fire alarm event at 3am was a bit annoying, however the ‘duty manager’ was excellent in how he managed the situation, dealt with guests in a manner that was firm, but relaxed, providing enough information to guests to have them feel that all was being managed and there wasn’t any cause for them to be alarmed. (I am 25 years ex-emergency services, despite this not being a common day incident, he managed it very well and deserves being noted)
3.4
Convenient location, good breakfast. That's about it.
Small room and no comfort. For the price could at least have some seating and a bit of space.
The facilities are pretty run down.
We are still waiting for our bond to be refunded.
It would be nice to improve the state of the access driveway.
3.4
The rooms were quite 'tired' there were cobwebs in the corner of the room
The room was not clean - there was stray hair in the bathroom
3.4
Breakfast was good
I requested a room with a balcony and was given the last room that was on level one flat on the ground which was disappointing when almost every other room was available. Hard to locate staff for any assistance.
3.4
The grounds and the ambience of the building
The room was claustrophic and not able to regulate the air con.
3.4
Staff excellent. Room comfortable.
Food expensive. Wifi terrible. Shower limited pressure.
3.4
Breakfast
Narrow corridors, understand cannot chane. No lift to top floors
3.4
Staff very pleasant.
Buffet breakfast ( at fee ) quite OK.
Facilities old and run down.
Carpet worn in some places.
So overdue for a makeover. Badly needs a total refurbishment.
Restaurant closes early ( 8.45 pm ) and bar shut at 9.00 pm when we were there.
Only one room key, no hope of a second key. Yet cost was $450 per night with breakfast extra.
Room not serviced and had to go searching for staff as phone at reception unanswered.
Bathroom very small. Car park needs surfacing-potholes galore.
Amazed that an Accor property could be let go this badly.
3.4
The price is expensive and the service facilities are poor.

was fine for short stay
more parking / include breakfast in the cost
