Really nice rooms and facilities, good value as well

Late check in process was a disaster.. we had arranged and confirmed late check in with the hotel. Keys were left in the lockbox for us and we collected them no problem, but the keys did not work on our room door. We called the after hours numbers listed in our welcome pack and on the Sebel website, but got no responses on any of those numbers. Finally at 11:45pm we decided to abandon our stay and go home instead, and upon returning our room keys to the lockbox noticed a different after hours number on the office door. We called that number and finally got through to someone, who arranged to meet us at our room and use a master key to let us in for the night. The room itself was very nice and would have been a very good stay if we had been able to access it earlier and have time to enjoy the facilities. All in all it was a very simple clerical error and would have been a non issue if the Sebel had provided the correct after hours number in the first place, but it unfolded into a pretty terrible experience and somewhat wasted stay for us.

Great facilities and quiet spot. Loved the modern facilities and the comprehensive kitchenette in our room.

Beautiful room

Sharing with permanent residents. It’s not a hotel, just a block of units down the very back of the development. The gym was taken over for hours by the residents committee sitting around complaining about the hotel guests, so I couldn’t use the facilities I had actually paid for. It felt like we were staying in a retirement village.

Location was great. We were playing golf at Bowral Golf Club. Room was lovely. Bed comfortable.

The position was fantastic.loved the room .will definitely come back
