Well located in gurgaon
For a brand hotel, I was expecting better service. Wifi was spotty and hardly worked, in spite of reporting it to the hotel. Although they ask you to check in online and upload passport details, they still insist on filling out more paperwork and providing passport physically on arrival, which defeats the purpose. The TV remote didnt work, and was not replaced with a working one.

Wi-Fi was pathetic ; even phone network (Airtel) .. pls set a booster ..it was an embarrassment to attend online meetings sitting in room
An important meeting went awry because of poor Wi-Fi
No coffee ; it’s all tea bags ; socket meant for kettle wasn’t working , so took kettle near bed

We did nit like the dinner. Vegetables were not baked completely. Waiter did not serve the finger bowl to us
In room 905 we ordered coffee (which was repeated over the phone) but they served block coffee latter i cancelled it.After some time they served cafe lathe (which was complementary) which i did not like to have it at that point in time.

This place will make you feel at home , you are treated like a kid who is free to do whatever and enjoy their time at the property! ,
They truly understand personal space and standard of service as a hotel , it's a 5 star so all facilities are available but the staff and sneha made it all a bit special for us .
Pool is ideal for kids not adults, so it can be avoided!

Conveniently located, plenty of shops and malls around. Good security excellent staff all around. Right from the entrance we were met with a friendly and lovely smile from security and Mahendra and Dheeraj and then during the whole stay from room service staff, to cafe/restaurant staff, chefs and reception every single person was there ready to help, invite and make us feel welcomed and cared for. My kids loved the stay, enjoyed the food and liked all the talks with everyone around. Thank you all for making our time there comfortable and special.
