No Ac in floor lobby and lift. Even after complaints, no action.

- Internet not working - Lifts and room corridors have no AC’s - Staff not trained - Charged same money but gave extra bed in one room and charged extra in the other for the additional bed despite the same rates for both rooms - manager Deepak also not trained, didn’t help but said it’s not in my power to change anything - 3 separate people ask your room number in dinner area making you feel uncomfortable - made wrong bill, on pointing out they supplied to us extra water bottles in the room asking us to accept the same bill as it can’t be modified - club room and normal same size rooms but they charged extra during second stay duration citing higher room standard for the club room. To our dismay it was much worst in the club room despite extra charges as it had a very small bathtub, instead of the walk in shower which was very invonvenient for our 85 year old father, with high chances of slippage. - basic amenities, like bathroom slippers, laundry plastic bags etc missing in rooms - pretty basic rooms with poor finishes - lets would get deactivated every day, and reception would tell us to deposit with them as if we take out with us out of hotel then the system setting is for them to be deactivated, it was a pretty weird explanation - lizards in the reception area and room corridors - credit card will repeatedly decline on their booking site and then the same card works when you go to the hotel and pay directly, this happened on two occasions, seems it’s not normal. On pointing this, the receptionist aggressively said I don’t want to argue with you, in the presence of the hotel manager Deepak - worst overall hotel experience of my life till date.lights would repeatedly go out both in the rooms as well as in the dining area. On the last day to our surprise, when we requested for an airport taxi for 6 people with luggage. They sent us a regular innova with no luggage stand or let us know that we could look at other options.
