Hospitality staff. Infact all staff members needs training before interacting to international guests. Very racist, too rude and blunt. Restaurants and bars, no clean and hygienic dishes, glasses. Hair and bugs in food and plate. Not returning change. Assumptions by staff.

Kudos to Ankita for attending to our needs. Staff interaction defines your stay at the property and my girlfriend's first time in India was made memorable by her.

Can't think of a single thing I liked! Breakfast was terrible. The staff is ill trained and ill behaved. Servers and checkin staff are all impossible to talk to. My personal belonging which I left upon checkout was not returned. The stay was quite a hassle!

The checkin, breakfast and checkout all had issues. My breakfast was pre paid. Yet, I was chased by the servers for money while I was trying to get my food. No amount of reasoning could persuade them. They wanted the payment to be made again and wouldn't let me leave the breakfast area. Dealt with all this hooliganism while I was sleep deprived after after taking a long flight. When I went to clarify this with the reservation team, one server chased me down to the checkin desk. The duty manager confirmed that my breakfast was included and all the server did in response was bare all his teeth.( their way of apologising) I asked the duty manager, Martina, to send me an email confirmation that my breakfast is included, should the staff decide to chase me again in the morning, I would have the proof. She makes faces for having to do this work and after making me wait for half an hour tells me my email is sent. I told her that I didn't receive it. To which, she starts with an argumentative tone and tells me she has sent it and storms off. I request her to send it again. She sends the email again reluctantly and annoyingly tells me she has done it. I keep checking my phone because I didn't receive it. Thinking its a network issue, I waited for a good time and asked her to check her "sent emails" list. She again tells me rudely that it's done. I finally ask her which email she has been sending these emails to. She proudly discloses an incorrect email ID. I was shocked. All my personal confidential details : My passport number, date of birth, date issued, date of expiry, my home address, my phone number , partial card details were all leaked. Sent it to some random email because of her callous attitude. When I asked her why didn't she double check with the reservation details, she argued that I did not spell it out for her.
