Very comfortable and clean and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely. Breakfast was good and the location excellent. 👌

Very noisy people in the room next to us and were in and out and banging front and bathroom doors till around 3 in the morning which led to very little sleep for us.

La salle de bain, juste pas possible de mettre la douche les toilettes et le lavabo dans le même mètre carré.

La clim qui fait trop de bruit .

Suite à une monté excessive des tarifs hôteliers, nous n’avons pas eu le choix que de prendre cet hôtel donc à part la piscine et les dames du service PDJ, nous avons guère apprécié l’hôtel. À côté du Big C et Central Phuket.

Trop cher pour ce que c’est. Très loin de tout mais il y a possibilité de prendre le bus. Dans la chambre, pas de cintres, pas de kit d’accueil, la tv ne fonctionne pas, un meuble cassé, pas d’intimité vu que la fenêtre donne sur un couloir extérieur.

The location is ok, if you need to go to old town is 15 min by car or motorbike, which you can rent at the hotel so that’s great. But if you want to walk it’s a bit far. The staff was very friendly, the area was quiet and some restaurants around. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean. They did an upgrade of my room so it was much better!

The breakfast doesn’t have a lot of western options. Most of them were asian. Still ok for us because it was one night The rest everything very good!

Friendly staff and pool area was nice. The cafe did lovely smoothies for very cheap.

A little far out from the old town - about a 15 minute journey on a bike. Breakfast selection wasn’t great either.

Did not go in the pool but noticed there were tiles missing.

We only stayed for 1 night before moving on to coconut island, the hotel was basic and a little out of the way. We did not arrive until nearly 10pm and was tired, there was nowhere to eat as the kitchen had closed.

Расположение- мы жили на Най Янге , это далеко от центра, и нам было удобно остановиться в этом отеле на одни сутки, чтобы посетить Сим Нирамит и Фестиваль. Бассейн и интерьер порадовали.

Сантехника устаревшая, в нашем номере не было полочки в ванной - принадлежности ставить некуда, недостаточно мощный кондиционер, в помещении, где проходит завтрак, пол весь неровный, гости постоянно спотыкались о плитку. Персонал не докладывал закончившиеся блюда (фрукты, картошку) , пока к ним не обратишься с просьбой.

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach, reicht aber als Start in den Tag.

The staff, BUT WE DO NOT RENT ROOMS TO MARRY THE STAFF AT HOTELS!

1. THE ELEVATOR HAD ZERO VENTILLATION SO YOUR COMFORT JUST WENT TO BOILING AS YOU WENT UP OR DOWN. They need to ventillate and or cool the elevator. 2. THE INTERNET TURNED OFF AND YOU HAD TO LOG IN ON ALL YOUR DEVICES FOR EVERY USE. For us that was 12 times for 2 devices each . 3. YOU CANNOT SWIM IN THE POOL. THE CHEMIICALS ARE SO HARSHE THAT LITTERALLY NOONE COULD KEEP THEIER EYES OPEN UNDER WATER FOR MORE THAN A FEW SECONDS. 4. NO POOL TOWELS OFFERED THAT I SAW AT ALL. 5. NO SHADE OR UMBRELLAS AT THE POOL SIDE. 6. THE SHOWER IN OUR ROOM WAS THE WEAKEST FLOW OF ANY HOTEL I CAN REMEMBER AND WAS NOT ENOUGH FOR MY WIFE TO WASH HER HAIR PROPERLY. 7. BREAKFAST IS BARE MINIMAL BREAKFAST WITH NO FRESH COFFEE ON OFFER. WE DID ORDER 2 FRESH CAPPUCINOS FROM THE RESTAURANT AND THEY WERE SERVED COLD. 8. THERE WAS A RUSSION MAN WHO ATTENDED BREAKFAST IN HIS SKIVVIES AND A T-SHIRT. NOT APPROPRIATE WEAR IN MOST COUNTRIES ON EARTH. OVER ALL THIS HOTEL LOOKS CLEAN AND INVITING BUT IS A 6.5 RATING BY ME WITH 2.5 STARS AT BEST!

1. Bathroom was pathetic. 2. No elevator in the hotel - we were on 4th floor so you can imagine.

- restaurant in the hotel (low price, pretty good set of dishes) - pretty good pool (but I didn't use it) - territory of the hotel (not so small, and has a little garden with a pond) - peaceful street and hotel - pretty good location (the center of the island, so it takes the same time to reach everything in the island) - good, friendly, polite staff - pretty big room - quite comfortable desk with a chair - good service (they bring you a bottle of water into the room every day)

- bad condition of the hotel - only one power socket near the beds - poor interior of the room - there was no hand wash soap or liquid in the bathroom - pretty stuffy in the room (I think it's due to bad ventilation) - quite expensive (To me, it should be cheaper) - air conditioning (sometimes it was weak, and also water was pouring out of it but it was fixed quickly) - the shower cabin doesn't have any door (but, honestly, there was no so much water on the floor of the bathroom after taking a shower)

Das Hotel hat keine 9,2 Bewertung (vermutlich sind die anderen Bewertungen Fake oder gekauft) Die Liegen am Pool sind ohne Auflage und daher extrem ungemütlich, es gibt auch keine extra Handtücher für den Pool. Das Hotel ist generell in die Jahre gekommen und nicht in Schuss. Das Bad war alt und heruntergekommen, es gibt nicht mal Gläser oder Becher um die Zahnbürste reinzustellen. Im Zimmer roch es modrig und miefte. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, es gibt nur Toastbrot (Weißbrot), löslicher Kaffee, kein Butter und die leeren Behälter wurden teilweise nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Wenn man also gegen 9.45/10.00 Uhr zum Frühstück kommt, hat man schlechte Karten noch etwas abzubekommen.
