The hotel was clean and beautiful! The staff were friendly and very helpful. They even set up towel swans for our arrival. We really enjoyed our stay.

I would have preferred to stay near one of the beaches or closer to the pier as we had to taxi everywhere and it’s quite expensive in Phuket!

L’hôtel est certes près du Old Phuket mais très difficile d’accès à pied car on peut se retrouver certaines fois sur la route !

I like swimming pool ,but don't have breakfast. I prefer breakfast at local restaurant rather than in hotel. The room is quite good for 1 person , if 2 maybe a little bit tight. Anyway it is value for money.

IF I go with family , may change to bigger room and swimming pool or garden view.

Location a bit random. Not much going on in the local vicinity. Many garages and double glazing workshops. No storage in the rooms at all. Need bedsode tables

Beautiful building in colonial style. Great value for money. Close to Phuket Old Town

Not really an issue for us as we have a rental car but it is on a busy main road so if you have no transport, would be difficult to walk to and from

The cleanliness of the rooms were not good. The first room has stains in the bathroom curtains, sheets and mold in the bathroom and around the air conditioning unit. The second room was slightly better but still staining on the sheets and on the chairs. The bath was also dirty

This is a little hidden gem. A lovely oasis of calm away from a busy road. beautiful pool that was quiet and well maintained. lovely bedrooms - simple, elegant and clean.

The breakfast wasn’t great. Would be good to have the option of simple, individual items instead of having to choose a whole menu.

Really good hotel. The design and atmosphere is just perfect. Attention to details. The pool is great. Close to Naka Market and away from noise and hustle.

Away from the old town. The rooms are not enough sound isolated, but it's not that bad.

The location and pool was great..the hotel had a great ambience and was very clean

We paid for a room with a tub, coz the photo showed there would be a tub inside the room. We were given a room with a balcony tub and since we were on the first floor, the tub was in direct view of everyone, we couldn’t use the tub! We paid extra but didnt get what we paid for!

1. It was not very clean. The bed sheets were not being changed every day (even though we asked for our room to be cleaned daily) which caused my body to react to the sheets and I ended up with rashes all over my body. When I told them that I no longer want to stay at their hotel they refused to give me the refund for the remaining days. 2. They mentioned it is nonsmoking room but they did not mention that it is a nonsmoking hotel. So we were not able to smoke on the balcony nor next to the pool area which was very inconvenient for me as I am a heavy smoker and if i knew that the hotel was nonsmoking every where I would not have chosen it. 3. They were very stingy with their products such as toilet paper and toiletries. 4. Its far from every thing.

Bad location without a car. Cabs not easy to hail at all. No food whatsoever at hotel. Smoking area in parking

Very nice and beautiful pool area. Garden well kept. Good shower. Naka night market walkable around the corner.

The staff is extremely rude. We were a group of ten people and they cancelled one person room without even telling us. The staff was extremely rude and loud with us. There was no mention of them having no room service. Extremely disappointed.

the location - not near anything and no food and beverage apart from breakfast ( which was very good)

it’s made up beautifully/ very clean finish and stylish -

no smoking is permitted on the property, this includes the private balcony - this will be a plus for some - but a definite strike for anyone wanting to indulge in a smoke at home / you have to stand in the car park if you wish to do so. come rain or shine!
