Great things: man at reception relaxed, friendly, keen to assist; the bed linen and towels were clean and quality products. The building is old but the room was clean and comfortable very good value. The bath room is old as are some of the cupboards but at the price you over look it. I liked that there were chairs outside for guest to sit and that windows could open for fresh air.

instructions for setting up the TV. it took me many attempts to get reception until I found another switch by the bed. Lamps near the bead head get very warm.

Just a little more milk in the fridge would help.

We stayed as I was having an operation. We are on the road a lot. From start to finish the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room spotless, spacious and modern, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. A rare 10 out 10 motel.

We had a 5 night stay at the Ringwood Lake Inn. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed. We appreciated that it had a small table and chairs where we could eat, and a small fridge and toaster. The Manager was really lovely and helpful if we needed anything. This motel is within walking distance to a huge shopping complex, as well as a train station, which was a huge bonus. There was off-street parking for our car, and although on a busy road we could not hear any road noise from our room. The heating in our room worked brilliantly, and was very much appreciated as the days and nights were quite cold. A suggestion to make the stay even better would be to include a microwave if possible.

The kindness & assistance of staff. The cleanliness of the room. And facilities. It was cleaner than fancier hotels we have stayed in & the use of the kitchenette was brilliant.

Just need to try to get blankets upgraded for winter. It was threadbare, but did the job.

Location good. Kettle would not boil unless I turned off the Air Conditioner. The fuse box should be checked. This is dangerous.
