Very spacious and clean. Being on the ground floor turned out to be great, as we could exit from our apartment straight out into the garden, where there are hammocks for hotel guests to use.

I think the hotel is great value for money. I think that the food was okay, there was a lot of variety of food to choose from. I liked the big rooms, the level of cleanliness, the friendly staffs and the overall placement of the hotel with regards to Bansko.

I think that on Saturday the jacuzzi was not super clean as there were many visitors. At some moment the jacuzzi stopped and some trash such as long hairs came out on the surface. I would have appreciated if the staff just asked the guests at some moment to leave the jacuzzi to clean it (this might have happened but I was not there). It is a bit weird and it does not match the standard of 4 star hotel to serve butter mix (including palm oil and some other ingredients) rather than pure butter! I would in general have preferred less variety of food but higher quality of the food served (don’t get me wrong the food was tasty, but there is more to work on). There is no mosquito nets on the windows and also while I was there there have been some noisy kids (but there was not that much the hotel could do about that!). I did not like that the shower head was filled with calcium and that the spa gowns had some holes here and there (however I asked for a new one at the reception and I was given one). Nevertheless it is one of the best hotels in terms of price/value for the summer in Bulgaria (perhaps in the winter the prices are different).

The hotel offers affordable accommodation and the rooms are clean, spacious and with all the needed ammenities. After a long day of hiking the spa center was a great place to relax. Also the breakfast was great. I totally recommend this hotel

Big room, well equipped, nice staff, very good breakfast. We enjoyed returning to the hotel every day to use the pool, sauna and even the salt room.

No air conditioner, fan was provided.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially George in the lobby bar. Nothing was too much trouble.

Kasno u toku noći se uključuje sistem za prečišćavanje vode u bazenu koji stvara neprijatnu buku i širi miris hlora celim hotelom pa i po sobama. Nema spavanja.

Location is great. Especially our apartment that is on sun side and looks on the small river. The noise of the river was amazing! Prices are very good.

The breakfast could be improved. Most of the food were cold that supposed to be warm, not variety of choices, and no offer to order eggs or omelettes…

One of the best hotels in Bansko, everything was clean and comfortable. The food was tasty and staff was nice. Will start coming here from now on.

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The dinner was very good and the spa area was a very nice place to relax.

Some staff were asking you to leave the spa area 15 minutes before the scheduled closing time which is fairly early in my opinion.

The room was spacious with a nice view of the mountains. The buffet breakfast was good too. Short walk to the gondolas from the hotel.

We were going to have dinner in the restaurant for my wife's birthday, but the place was a mess and full of screaming kids. Then the front desk made us stand there and wait at checkout while they sent someone to our room to make sure we didn't take anything from the fridge even though I told them we didn't.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was super clean. The pool was clean, the kids-room was great for my children. The food was good.

The waiters war fast for delivery but could smile more and be more less-official . Example : I needed fast a juice drink for my kid(he is a toddler) and I go to the main-desk so i can bring fast a drink for him but the Waitress insisted I go back to my table and she will bring that , she bring the drink after 4minutes, and my kid was crying 4minutes because of that. The jacuzzi bath was not clean, because many people are using it per day, at least they can clean it more, lot of pieces were floating in the water.

Nice hotel with good accommodation and very helpful personnel. We well definitely visit it again.

The room  were clean, very comfortable, and super helpful staff .Spa and fitness centar was excelent. All you need in one place  I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bansko
