The room was specious

The information provided on Booking from the hotel was not reflecting the reality. There was no electricity , TV and heating when we arrived. There was no swiming pool of coffee corner, there were no curtain in the bedroom. Once we called the reception for addressing the above, we waited for half an hour for the elecricity and left the room because it was too cold to stay untill they fix the heating system. TV and curtain in the bed room never were recovered(provided). The hotel is not maintained in a proper way, the floor of the room was old and dirty , there is no swiming pool ,restaurant, or even a coffee machine

the room was not clean enough. there were webs and died mosquitoes on the ceiling. spa was closed.

The hotel was close to the Gondola lift, the staff was friendly, the lounge looked nice, there was a coffee machine you could use whenever, for free. The rooms, overall, looked okay. There was hot water any time of the day or night, and the the tap water was good to drink.

Booking mentioned breakfast is available for an extra cost, but when we got there we were told at reception that the restaurant is closed - no previous notice. The hotel si advertised as a SPA CENTER, but the spa center was closed - no previous notice. The bed mattress was a joke, very old and uncomfortable. The towels desperately need to be replaced, they looked like rugs and even the clean ones looked dirty/spotty. The small fridge in the room would freeze all the food, even if set at lowest power - we had to throw everything away, so a waste of money. The apartment had no radiator/heater, there was only an AC that they had to set on heat - unacceptable for a ski resort. The twin room was well heated through a radiator. The twin room's bathroom had an issue with the bathtub, as in whenever you would take a shower or turned on the water in the tub, it would leak from under it and make a wet mess everywhere - no drain the bathroom, so I had to wipe it with the towels. Bottom line, definitely NOT a 4 stars stay.

-the location (very close to Gondola Ski Lift) -there were many places where to eat nearby -nice pub in the lobby near the ski depot with billiard, darts etc

-the hotel was (apparently) under renovation when we were there, so no: restaurant, bar, spa, swimming pool. -the impression overall is : probably it was a nice hotel in the past, but now, without any maintenance from the stuff, it seems like, almost an abandoned hotel (the same with the hotels in that area... probably the effect of covid19 pandemic)

super close to the gondola. secure locked ski/boot room. extremely helpful staff. great service/ towels every day.

building was quite old fashioned, room was a little dirty on arrival.
