The big room and it was clean.

The staff, initially they were very slow taking almost 30 minutes to do the checking. The problem came out with the check out, I left everything paid the night before to leave early in the morning. In the morning they took us around 45 minutes to do the check out because they told initially that we have to pay one room, then that we have a drink from the bar that we never had. They blocked us resulting a lost of flight.

The hotel was very clean, staff were so friendly and helpful, they really made us feel welcome - we had a 1 year old and the staff were so accommodating to our baby, they played with her in the reception area which was so cute! We were offered a complimentary visit to Agafe desert which was such a lovely trip all paid by the hotel as they were undergoing building works in their swimming pool. Theres a door person that helps you from the car to your room, Theres room service until 1am, The food was nice, but could have offered some more variety. Drinks & food is a good price, we were quite surprised how cheap it was. Not much views from our room besides the swimming pool, but i guess that is down to the location. There’s a rooftop bar & restaurant which is so lovely! the music is very loud but surprisingly I couldn’t hear it when i was sleeping haha

We had high hopes for our stay at Cesar Palace but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The hotel lied about the duration of the swimming pool renovation which ruined our entire vacation. We were told it would only take 3 days and we were already not very happy as we made it clear to the hotel that the external pool was the main reason for our stay. That's why they proposed to upgrade our room, but it ended up being a deceitful offer, because upon our arrival, the hotel staff informed us that the pool renovation would take 15 days, which was four times longer than what was initially communicated. The staff was unprofessional, even calling our room at midnight. The room itself was lacking in quality with issues such as humidity and broken amenities. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that despite the hotel clearly lying to us and ruining our vacation, they denied the truth and did not offer any refund or compensation. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable and only adds to the frustration of the entire experience. After doing some research, we found out that we were not alone in our experience. Several other people on Google Reviews shared similar stories about the hotel's lack of honesty and professionalism. It's clear that this is a recurring issue with the property, and we feel obligated to warn others so they can avoid the same disappointment and frustration.

Amazing room and clean. facilities are great including spa, spa manager Zineb was extremely friendly and helpful. would highly recommend trying the Hammam treatment.

All the staff were so helpful and attentive. Thanks very much to the reception, bar, breakfast, security, housekeeping and spa teams! They made the stay 5 *! Anything you asked of them they did with care. If you need a taxi booked, advice on what to do/where to eat, safe luggage storage etc - they will sort it for you! The breakfast was fantastic - a variety of options to suit all tastes and I often turned up just before 11am but was never refused or rushed. The rooms were spacious and very clean with air con and comfy beds. The facilities - spa, 2 pools, rooftop bar, reception area, restaurant were all good.

The outdoor pool needs a bit of work (I think they are refurbing soon) but it was still a good pool to cool down in. The main carpet in the hallway is worn but this was minor. The bathroom in the room - lack of privacy as the door to the toilet and shower don’t close properly. Perhaps another door to segregate the bathroom and the room would improve this.

The hotel has a 5-star rating, which is not in line with the quality of service, the rooms and anything else. I would give it a 3-4 star max. Everything needs renovation as you can see everywhere. Not to be recommended for guests expecting a 5-star experience.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and attentive. very relaxing and chilled atmosphere. Near a shopping district, about 5 min walk. The hotel was very clean and really was a lovely place to stay.

The hotel room was spacious with a lovely balcony space, the facilities were great with an indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Breakfast options were limited and quite repetitive, we ended up skipping our last breakfast as we weren’t keen on another day of the same food. The outdoor pool would’ve been great to use however it didn’t look the cleanest
