Das Beste war die Lage, mitten in der Stadt und Parkgarage gleich daneben. Auch viele Lokale im Stadtviertel.

The interior of the room was new, fresh, very clean, nicely designed, comfortable. You can have coffe, tea at the lobby. Very pleasant and helpful stuff. We liked our stay very much. Location is very good, city center.
The room direction was to the street side. You can hear noise from the cars in day time, but quite at night. We slept very well.

Receptionists were extremely helpful and gave us some great tips on places to visit!
I would’ve liked tea making facilities in room, however there were facilities available to use outside from from 8.30 - 9pm

The location is ideal, close to old town and just across from a large car park (special rates available through Pension Kursaal). The reception staff were very helpful and gave personal recommendations which was very welcome. Overall I think the location is the stand out feature plus the excellent value. I would definitely stay here again.

great location close to the old town, superb and helpful staff. rooms are clean and functional. they also offer discount for public parking just opposite the hotel which can be hard to find in the center

no window in the room and weren’t aware at booking
we were offered another room with a window ( additional 10 euro)
that rooms air conditioning was not working and despite alerting the staff member we were told it would get checked the next morning. it was a very hot night and opening window was not an option as it was SO NOISY outside but we had to eventually, resulting in zero sleep. worse night I have ever had in a hotel. Next day we were moved into a better room.
Asked for a significant reduction. Staff said they would approach manager and on check out stated that manager had refused and finally agreed to reimbursing us the 10 euro.
Rooms are tiny but for the money was manageable. with a child this would have been a problem

Clean, comfortable and excellent location close to the surf, old town and great restaurants/shops in Gros. Eshtakun at reception was extremely accommodating which helped to make our trip to wonderful San Sebastian even better.
No breakfast options due to Covid restrictions but there are so many fantastic places to eat as you step out the door this was not an issue.
