the staff is very friendly. the room is very clean. the hotel is situated in accessible places like restaurants and noori supermarket. parking is spacious, very safe and quite clean as well.

the only setback is, we are three adults my wife, our son and myself, but there is only one bed although it is large but not suitable for three persons to sleep together. we asked for extra bed but sadly none available but they gave us 2 comforters, so that 1 can sleep on the floor.

Everything was perfect, this feels like my second home. The staff all the way from the bell captain to the reception are very welcoming and pleasant and helpful to the customers.

I have been staying for quite some time at this hotel, the staff is always courteous and helpful, it includes the reception staff, the bellmen all included. The location is perfect for my market visit.

This hotel feels like a home outside my real home. I have stayed there the three times I have been to Jeddah. The male attendant from Chittagong Bangladesh is so friendly and extremely helpful. The front-desk receptionist is extremely warm and welcoming and professional at the same time.

The environment and the staff's are goid and pleasant able.

I'm totally disappointed with the check-in and check out time. I have booked through online but the staff didn't accept due to the hotel timing is different from what they have mentioned in the online. So i paid 270 sar instead of 180sar. Instead of 3 am to 3 pm the timing should be 12 am to 12 am that would have better. Current timing is totally waste of money for those who paid as well as the cost is high . Small double bed room around 300 sar is very expensive. I hope you will consider this .
