Breakfast was due to be delivered at 9am but didn’t show up.

Nahla the receptionist was very helpful in accommodating our early arrival. She spoke English which helped us a lot, an absolute star. Thank you Nahla. The hotel room was spacious and the rain shower was amazing after a long day of traveling. My sister enjoyed the breakfast, although we had to call to get it sent to her room.

In the evening my elderly aunt stop by to visit us and we sat and chatted in the seating area near the lift. The female receptionist (not Nahla) was very disrespectful to her and my sister who aggressively asked why she was here and even asked my sister if she even had a room at the hotel. It was the stain in our stay and I was disappointed as Saudi hospitality is talked about even in London.

Staff couldnt speak English so had problem communicating with reception and service staff.
