Food in the restaurant was very good.
Staff could be a bit more friendly and proactive.
The rooms are definitely oversized.
No hot water in bathroom.
Dirty rooms with a lot of stains on the linen, and spider webs everywhere.
Bath tub leaking, it's an engineering challenge to fill it.
The place felt empty and creepy in a way, the personel was not really involved and not really polite (no hello, no goodbye). Also trying to propose excessive prices for transportations... again.

All of the staff are exceptional and the setting of the villas is stunning overlooking the rice fields.
A great choice of food for dinner and the breakfast is also good.
So easy just to walk around the local village and also along the path against the rice fields.
The room was cleaned spotlessly and the shower pressure was good.Also the air con worked well.
A perfect place for exploring all the local culture and also hot springs nearby.
There were no negatives at all.

Not clean at all, fell down stairs because of moss, up big hill, nothing around, but you get what you pay for

Very peaceful and beautiful environment. The rice fields and nice walks just outside the door.
The food was OK but limited choice, perhaps because it was off season and we were the only guests in the hotel. Included breakfast was very basic, no fruits or juice.
