The place was super quiet, we had a superkmarket and a place to eat close

The kitchen accomodation was not very clean

Internet was a bit spotty. Kitchen could be cleaner.

A nice, former Bali house with temple converted into modern rooms and suites. All fairly new. The rooms and suites were large, light and airy, with aircon. Nice towels. Super pool. Great self-catering kitchen/dining area. Refrigerator/freezer to store food. Good off road parking. Indomart across the road. Modern gym next door with cafe.

There was no staff to meet us when we arrived, even though we had advised of our arrival time; had to call them. Power went off sometime in the night so not able to cook breakfast or make coffee. No hot water for showers. WiFi also went off. Water coolers were installed, but empty. Lots of ants about the place.

The facilities were nice and have good potential.

The electricity went out over night and we're not able take warm water showers, charge our devices, make coffee and cook breakfast. The neighbor to the north started a cement mixer and block making machine at 4:00am in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. There was also a severe ant infestation.

Pleasant staff, parking bay for scooters under the roof. In general place seems to be nice and spacious. Big room with the desk and comfy bed, tv screen with football channel

Well... First of all it's a great value for money. Place has a huge potential but most of the things need to be changed. People who managed the property are kind and friendly but I would say no proffesional. Well equipped common kitchen but because of the dirtiness and insects, better stay away. Plague of ants (kitchen, bathroom, terrace, room(!)) once again because of lack of cleaning. Many lizards in the bedroom, watching you all the time, not dangerous, quite funny to observe but once again it's higiene aspect (signs of their activity and dirt on the mattress and sheet). Technically room staff doesn't exist, only familiar with the broom and intetested with falling leaves from trees and plants. No equipment to clean other things like bathroom or floor. Cheery on top is terribly loud sound of machinery next door on very last night since 3am till 4am constantly banging (I'm very easy going with night sounds but it was way to much).
