Breakfast was good.

Despite several requests and reminders, tea bags were not provided in the room.

Night dinner Dosa was not good

Great location, clean rooms and courteous staff

The communication with the staff is little tough. The serving staff talk in a low tone, they don’t seem to understand what we said and we couldn’t understand what they say.

I had brought up concerns about the previous night about missing blankets and broken tap, when I came in late night. I had mentioned and requested these be check and rooms be cleaned when I come back after a long day. Despite specifically requesting, it was ignored. When I returned late in the evening, the rooms were not cleaned, taps not fixed. It took another 45 mins for everything to be checked by staff, after I came back. I had to spend time outside the room when I came in tired after a long day, which was the main reason I had requested for it to be done during the day. I'm okay with the above not being checked generally, I was just upset that my complaint was neglected and specific request was ignored where I'd expect it to be have taken seriously.

Location was excellent and staff was welcoming

I came in late and very tired. Despite calling and asking to ensure that the rooms be ready, the blanket/duvet was missing from the room. Just a bedspread. Bathroom tap was broken. Staff had to come in late to get this fixed.

The feeling of coming home, incredible staff, almost in tears leaving this place. Food was amazing, a big variety, absolut dedicated service. Thank you , we will return for sure
