Location is ok, in a busy area. Everything is near by including restaurants and market and super markets. So you donot feel lonely.

They were very slow at breakfast. Even though the official timing of breakfast is 7.30, they were still arranging it till 8.00 AM. Even though they have a live counter for Doasa and Omlette, they guy came quite late, so half the time one could not enjoy that. If bread was there, butter was not there. Only two girls were managing the entire show and could not do it in time properly. This can be definitely improved. The quality and spread of breakfast was good and enjoyable. Another problem was the cover of blanket which was on bed. Its very rough and was difficult to sleep in that. They should select fabric properly. It appeared as worn out old stuff. The chairs and table provided in the room were very uncomfortbale and appeared unstable ( made of cane ). They should replace with more sturdy and comfortable furniture.

Bad experience at check in when we had to wait for long period. Few of the staffs are weird and give weird looks. If a staff comes to give water.. for no reason they come and peek inside the room. had this experience twice. all in all a bad vibe in the hotel

The location is great.

There was noise from the other room, but it took a good while for the management to control the noise even after complaining about the noise twice. I ordered extra coffee and milk to the room, but they never delivered. The bed and the fridge were dirty and spotted a hair roll on the bed.

Staff require extra money, we checkout room than not leave our because her want extra money, ruffly tourcher her staff, we talked her, please leave hotel because my flight on time but not go to airport, her want extra money, we was late airport and we pay extra money gave airport because late airport boarding time closed. Very very bad experience in my whole life.
