The reception gentleman was helpful and polite.

Communication is a BIG challange. Any linen in the room are not really cloean looking. Upon request to change the bed linen i was refused by saying those all are fresh though they didn't look like. No regular cloeaning done at the common areas like room corridors. Just to get hot water for shower is quite complicated and not at all comfortable. And also no wifi available.

It’s location

Every time we need hot water for bath we have to ask reception to switch on as he has control. We have booked for a/c double bed room where as we were provide with non a/c double room. Lot mosquitoes were there

Service and cleanliness.

We had made a booking of one family room (for 3 adults) and 2 premium rooms (for 2 adults in each room) for 7 adults, but the property insisted that the booking was made for 5 adults. They were demanding an additional amount of 500 per head for 2 guests. When that was solved by a call through booking.com, they said we would have to pay 400 rs extra per room for early check in. Because we were travelling with senior citizens we had no choice but to oblige. It felt like the property was trying to make an extra buck one way or another. There were no staff and facilities in the property and the location was not very clean. All in all it wasn't a good experience

Extra charged, bad smell of the room, no proper hospitality, no hygiene, bad bathrooms

There's is no Restaurant in this hotel they are bringing food from out side that to only one variety has been providing taste also not that much great
