The room was clean and comfortable.

There was basically no cold water coming out of the basin in the bathroom. And the shower was a joke. Also don’t advertise in the room information book that your restaurant is opened when it isn’t.

super sauber, stiltreu und gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen um die Three Sisters. Großer Kühlschrank im Zimmer und Zentrum mit super Koreaner in die Ecke. Jederzeit wieder.

Frühstück überschaubar, Wurst und Käse oder ein Ei wäre toll gewesen. Das kostet extra.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was big with bath and shower. Enjoyable continental breakfast was included, and staff were polite and friendly.

Breakfast was very poor, we asked for full breakfast as it’s showing on the hotel site It’s not written that it is continental breakfast The bathroom door was stuck, and the floor wasn’t clean

The location is closed to Three Sisters. The staffs in reception are very friendly. The room is clean.

1. There is a lack of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We stayed there for 4 nights and only had these items for two people on the first night. In the next three nights, there was items only for one person at most. Even on the third night, there was not at all, had to call the reception, a friendly guy came and passed items to us. 2. Breakfast is very very basic.

We liked the location and the comfortable stay! We appreciate the hospitality of Michelle (the receptionist). She was very helpful and very friendly to us when our AC was locked to heater mode. Always very cheerful and warm to talk to and would always check us if we need anything.

It’s not that we didn’t like, it’s more on what can be done to improve. We just wished there were more choices on the breakfast buffet. Also, the pillows are too soft for me.

Location was great. Staff were very welcoming.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed dinner there for one of our 2 night stay and continental breakfast in the mornings.

We initially went into a room, where the heating wasnt working and we were immediately put into another room, which was very comfortable. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Convenient location between Katoomba shops and restaurants and Echo Point views and walks. Old world charm and friendly hospitality.

We experienced very chilly weather - 8 to 10 degree days. The room was quite cold and we needed to run air con all night but this only took the edge off the cold - not completely warm. The extra blankets were needed.

1st wFreezing cold on arrival at mid day and through the night. Rattling sash windows most of the night. Cold draughts through sash windows and down out at the bottom of the curtains. Unable to control the air con to warm up room. Milk cartons were off. Hot water took 5 to 8 minutes to be hot depending where you were in the hot water queue. Staff Nader 2nd night warmer and less rattley but showers gave bolts of scolding hot water. I would not leave children unattended in the bath.

Room was a good size. There was a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing board and an iron available in the room. Shower was hot and of a good pressure. There was also a hairdryer in the bathroom. The staff were very freindly and very helpful. Excellent, quiet location for easy access to Katoomba.

I had the Bed and breakfast package through booking.com. Although there was an extensive breakfast menu, my wife and I were only allowed either a bacon and egg roll or eggs on toast for breakfast. We were not allowed anything ekse from the menu. I would advise to chose a room only package. This way you can pay for breakfast at the hotel and have your choice of food, or you can go out for breakfast at the many restaurants/cafes available in Katoomba.

The room had very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom with a bath. Our only fault could be there was not view, it just looked onto another building. We loved the location it was a walk of about 20 mns to Scenic World, but the buses passed frequently. The staff were all lovely.

The location was fantastic, close to the centre of town for shopping and restaurants. Our room was very clean, although quite dark.

The bathroom had a shower curtain which I am not a big fan of, and the towel rails were very far from the shower which meant risking a slip on the wet tiles to reach a towel. The restaurant was extremely pricey!

Location was great. Room fine. Breakfast very ordinary. Staff had to be asked at 8.30am to refill fruit, yoghurt, butter, utensils, bread.
