Great location, facilities were clean and staff were very helpful. Breakfast included was a bonus.

The lack of reception hours, made it impossible for us to check in for our stay because they were only open from 9-3 and we didn't find that out until we got there outside these hours and already had events booked for the next day so couldnt make those hours either. Didn't see staff at all during our stay. The beds weren't comfy at all, and after we booked we viewed our room details which showed us staying in a room that had a bedroom with a view, when we arrived this was not the case at all.

It was convenient, The food was great.

Excellent location to access the beach and cafe. Beautiful ocean view from balcony and room. 2 TVs available in the apartment.

Easily to see and hear from neighbours if you sit at the balcony. Dislike one of the rules that we must throw the rubbish. Both double bed and extra bed are not comfy…. Shower door has gaps so water leaking every time.

Having breakfast included in our stay was the deal maker.....a lovely breakfast too....Nice location has a sea pool and the beach and the hotel had a pool...a good choice for swimming in that area... .

The walls were a bit thin...we could hear a few noises from the other apartment.....the company may need to supervise children in the spa......in one instance I was in the spa...4 kids came in...2 youngest kept putting their heads under the water and splashing around......kids under 14 should not be allowed in the spa with out their parents...would be a good policy for the adults enjoying the spa..... The choice of food is limited in that area to pub food or pizza...would be nice to have other food shops open up like Indian, Greek, or healthier options.....

The venue was well situated close to the beach. The room on arrival looked fine and as expected.

The venue is called a RESORT. It is definitely not a resort, more like a block of flats. The room was not cleaned during the entire 7 day stay, nor were the room's amenities replaced. On day 5 someone knocked on the door and asked us if we needed anything. We asked for some clean towels ... white towels don't do well after five days. Breakfast was out the hotel front door and down the street to a cafe. You are given a list of what breakfast meals are available. Whilst food is nicely plated, e.g. if you wanted a BLLT, the list said ONE egg, ONE tomato (which turned out to be 3 halves of a cherry tomato), ONE piece of bacon and some spinach leaves. It said ONE piece of toast but we got two small round pieces of toast with a touch of butter in the middle. No coffee or juice is included - you have to buy your own. Resort? No way. The worst was that our room was on level 1 and someone had definitely had a brain fade and removed the curtains and replaced them with ill-fitting plantation shutters. We had 3 light poles, each with two mega size spot lights within a 30metre radius of our bedroom window. Result? 24 hour daylight in the room so had to go the next day and buy eye patches. Would we recommend? No. Definitely not.
