We loved everything, it was great for the kids right on the beach where you could swim the rooms were clean and comfy. Was so wonderful we only met one staff member at the front desk she was also lovely and very helpful.

The only thing was not being able to lock the doors up high from my toddler but that is something I totally expect anywhere I go. Everything else amazing

Nothing. Staff were rude. Pool was out of use. I have never stayed in a hotel where I I’ve had to bring down my own rubbish. We were left with little to no toilet roll, shampoo or conditioner. We were advised to stop walking through reception. This is our first experience in Australia and we feel we’ve been taken advantage because we’re travelling. They’ve put us in such a bad position.

I have never stayed in a worst establishment. The staff were so rude. They charged us 75 dollars as soon as we left the property because we supposedly left ‘rubbish’ in the kitchen which we put into the one box to be taken down. When we went back to reception to ask about this, they told us the 75 dollar charge was because we didn’t bring the rubbish bag down to reception. In my opinion this is a disgraceful way to treat paying guests who were respectful and did no damage to any property on the premises. We weren’t made feel welcome from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Staff would want to take a course of customer service
