Location was awesome but the money they took for room and food was not worth

Staff service was very poor. They delayed getting everything.

I booked 2 adults and 1 child and paid full amount at the time of booking, then at the time of boarding they ask (bargaining) me for additional charges for the kid, it's look a like a road side or bus stand lodges behavior.

Food was delicious

The bathrooms need a renovation

Excellent and serene location. Picturesque surroundings, helpful staff. We had a pleasant stay.

property is very old and not maintained correctly, lot of rat noises in the inside the floor,

nice gardens with quiet places to sit and read good restaurant helpful staff especially Sekar who looked after us well. comfortable room with log fire for the chilly evenings

restaurant didn’t serve beer or wine.

Ambience

Standard rooms are very cosy and a lot of vessels noise coming from the kitchen late night and early morning as well which disturbed our stay for 3 days.. Overall disappointed... Note: Food is very expensive and morning breakfast is included in our package and all 3 days i had the same vegetable sambar for idli (Drumstick,aloo,onion and garlic). @karthick manger , please inform the guest about the property rules and regulations at the time of check-in.. In my case no one as informed anything and one guy came and told me drinks are not allowed in the lobby.. DISGUSTING..... How will I come to know that drinks are not allowed in the lobby ... Common sense right ..
