ホテル外の工事音が気になりました。

・バイキングにカレー、納豆、オクラがあるのは個人的に好き ・ビジネスホテルとして欲しいクオリティがある

・新橋からも浜松町からもちょっと歩く

Huge variety of amenities including face masks, sunscreen, moisturiser, face wash, razors + more. Open 24/7 - we arrived exhausted at 2am and staff were lovely

Great size rooms for solo travellers but with 2 adults it was very difficult to move around the room and organise our things

Dusty and not well maintained

The rooms had all the necessary facilities that were stated and expected.

Staff could be more friendly. Washing machine/tumble dryer didn’t dry well enough.

Not a big room but clean and comfortable. But cannot find hair dryer in the room. Maybe available from the hotel front desk. Located at very convenient place, near Hamamatsucho JR or Daimon Metro station.

To stay in Tokyo city center while convinrent for Haneda airport access.

It was close to a underground metro station. Check in was automated with a machine. The room was clean and cozy. When you enter the room the TV displays a cozy screen and sounds that are relaxing

The middle of the building does not protect against rain, so if you visit the second floor where the laundry and snacks are be careful not to get wet or step on the wet carpet floor

Great facilities in the room (Japanese toilet, kettle, WiFi, automated wake-up call, pajamas, etc), very nice staff

I wasn't sure how breakfast worked and I had to figure it out by watching others - this was not a problem at all but it may help to have some clear signs on what you can do

Good location, free toiletries of all kind. The room was very small but had everything we needed.

Situated in a convenient location, several minutes from JR Hamamatsucho station and Daimon subway station. The room was smaller than I expected, but for my use, it was ok. I was alone and needed a decent place to sleep with a bathroom. Over all, the room was clean with facilities. Also, lots of amenity items available on the reception floor. Also walkable to Zojoji Temple and Tokyo tower which are too see when tourism.

Nothing to complain in particular for my travel purpose.

good location. All necessary facilities supplied

you can’t wash your hands at the same time as the shower is operating as they use the same tap. not a problem if single traveller. Pretty cramped for 2 people.
